I didn't expect to receive a welcome bouquet from the hotel, which made me feel the romance of this city as soon as I landed. Someone cleaned the room every day, which was beyond my expectations and very cost-effective. The breakfast was a standard European breakfast with not many choices. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Очень крутой отель, сервис высокий. Номер маленький, но все предусмотрено. Ванная комната в реале лучше, чем на фото. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.
В номере все есть, чайная станци, кофеварка, гладильная доска, утюг и даже водичка в стаканчике к утюну была уже налита, полотенец куча (штук 10), бутилированная вода в номере везде , тапочки , классный хороший халат, телевизор apple, в ванной вся косметика от Локситан.. все очень понравилось

非常非常好！服務真的非常nice！完全物超所值了，本來在聖彼得堡訂了兩家，這家完全把另一家pk下去了，走時不光送了酒店自製的好吃的巧克力，負責人還追出來問我們感受和體驗，還跟我們介紹了這棟酒店的歷史，可惜沒拍照，是家不大但很精緻，很人性化，適合自己出遊的小夥伴！ps服務人員英語很6，這在聖彼得堡可不多見哈哈哈

Perfect example of true hospitality and high quality service. Nice location, clean and cosy rooms, stuff is ready to do everything to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Delicious breakfast, charming inner courtyard where you can have breakfast or dinne.
