Mint House St. Petersburg - Downtown

we had the valet parking we recommend. near the tropcial field, perfect for our Trip. Restaurants we're in walking dinstance. everything was perfect for us.

I have stayed here a couple of times and love it. The place is beautiful, the rooms are top notch, seemingly brand new. The kitchen has everything you would need and is all top quality. My favorite part of the room is that you get your own washer and dryer (again, pretty much brand new). As far as location goes, you're in the heart of Saint Petersburg. Lots of great stuff just a block or blocks away. I love this place and would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, friendly staff, rooms all prepared to standard. Some minor repairs or adjustments needed in certain instances (such as vent fan for bathroom).

There was a lot of construction in the area which made for a poor view of the city. There was not a sound problem because you could not hear the construction with the windows closed. It had the best decor and suite that I have seen in a long time. The staff were excellent. A rental car would have been a liability, but who needs one with Uber. The suite was super clean and well stocked. I could not complain at all about the room or the interior of the Mint House. A true charm just 2 blocks from Tropicana Field.

The room is very nice but I was not told about the parking ahead of time. Also the trash can in my room was not clean before I entered the room.

Prime downtown location! Walking distance to many wonderful food spots and nightly entertainment. For the sports crowd its walking distance to Fergs and the Rays stadium. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! If you aren't use to downtown parking you can use their valet parking. Great accommodations: kitchen, full balcony...great space for one or two people. Highly recommend!

Outside of the ceiling chipping and dropping flakes all over the place (if you have allergies, this may be an issue), this place was amazing. It has a great vibe, great views, and provides ease of access to anywhere you want to go in St. Petersburg. The Mezzo Market right outside the building was amazing. The parking situation isn’t all that great either. There really is no parking around the unit and valet takes about 20 minutes to get your vehicle. They have to drive a mile plus down to park it at the parking garage and I believe there are only 25 spaces available. The other issue with parking g is that the front desk employees are the ones that do the valet. They have no help and it slows down the checkin and checkout process. The workers themselves do a fantastic job though. It just really sucks for them when they get really busy. It will definitely suck for them next weekend when the WWE Royal Rumble comes to town along with some huge festival. But it’s still a great place to stay overall.

The staff was great. Very welcoming, kind and helpful. We were very happy with the room. Clean and well equipped.
