The hotel is scratched, the ladder carpets are all rubbed, the water cooler is only on the 3rd and 4th floors. And I lived on the 2nd corner. There is only one glass in the room, however, at my request, another one was issued. But what was not liked, it was the attitude of staff, administrators. I came for a long time, but came in and this hotel realized I wouldn't like it here, and warned the administrator Sophie, who asked me to give their hotel another chance. I said that in the morning it would be more visible. I paid for only 3 days. In the morning, when I came to her to calculate and to get me back the money for 2 days paid, she first said that the money would be returned, and then that it would be returned only in 1 day, as they had a contract, to warn about leaving in 24 hours. I was told by my words that the night before I told her I was told that ”I didn't say it exactly.” It turns out that I had to write a bunch of papers yet (which I was not asked to do the night before) I think, Such indifferent attitude to the resting people, especially in Peter, I haven't seen for a long time. Ilona's changed administrator also on the principle: I don't know anything, I don't see anything, I don't know anything, I didn't see anything, I didn't give anything to me. Full indifference. Peter is wonderful, but the staff of the hotel tourist leaves the wish for the best. My money return was told will be considered 10 days. I don't recommend this hotel

I rented an apartment for one month and really liked it. It had everything one could possibly need : a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, working place. I basically needed to telework, exercise and visit Saint Petersburg and the hotel offered everything I needed. It is located in front of a subway station with easy access to the city center, it has good wifi and there is a gym that one can access for 700 roubles à visit or, as I did, it is possible to buy access for one month. Will come back for the next stay in Saint Petersburg.

Have been here so many times in the past and now found it deserted, empty and grey. Not sure if a bathtub is any longer an extra value (we'd preferred a shower cabin)... same as a spa, if it is that kind of spa... where personnel claims they know better than the customers how to do sauna properly (I live in Scandinavia for almost 20 years and hopefully qualify ;)) We were asked for proof of COVID-vaccination, but then... people at the breakfast restaurant were not wearing masks and even the security guard in the lobby was not always doing so. Breakfast in general has also deteriorated in diversity, but it was bearable ;) Pedestrian walkway along the hotel was not cleaned of ice (well, it was the case of St.Petersburg in general). Perhaps, the proximity to the airport is the best remaining merit of the hotel, sorry to say that... :(((

The first impression is deceptive. Outside looks like a snack ... mail, hairdresser ...a rise and understand that it is worth it!!! polite administrators, clean bed, showers, towels, teapot, refrigerator, breakfast is delicious and saturated. The only minus is bad door noise insulation and no parking. But we have handled everything. Thank you very much
