A pretty good hotel for its money. There is everything for comfortable accommodation. The staff is friendly, polite. Noise isolation is not very good, but it is classic for all hotels. In the room is warm, even hot. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Especially pleased breakfast (a big choice, delicious). Recommend the hotel for accommodation.

Outraged. I lived this time (not the first) for 7 days. On the second day (and it’s October) the batteries became cold. “We decide, now we’ll bring a heater.” After 2 reminders they brought a microstove, which failed to cope after 2 hours of operation at maximum speed. She asked to be moved. By sending another number. I arrive, and there is a wide open window (in the rain, wind and bad weather. Just the thing for a frozen person. They moved me again. I lived for another 3 days and today the radiators are ice cold again. “We’re deciding.” Yeah, I’m asking for 2 heaters, taught by past experience. Remind I had to do it twice again, no one in the hotel is in a hurry, neither the maids, nor the kitchen, nor the reception. After half an hour (of course, it didn’t get any warmer during this time), they took away the second heater, and when I asked whether, having been fined twice, I should bring it in as a replacement. apologizing a bottle of wine to a guest, for example, they laughed in my face. If this happened in Syzran or Lyskovo... but the hotel is located in the most beautiful and expensive district of St. Petersburg.

Pros + Room was nice + Good bathroom + Wifi worked well Cons - Our attic room had no windows, except for a large roof window. This we knew and expected. What was not expected though was that the roof window had no curtain! This meant that the room was always bright and you are woken up early by the sun. Furthermore the constant sunshine in the room meant the room quickly became hot. - The air conditioning was unable to cope with the heat from the sun - The staff was not friendly. For example upon arriving we were never greeted or welcomed, just told to give passports and sign a form. - When we came for breakfast at 09 there was hardly any food. Bread was available but most of the hot dishes were completely empty, refilled only very occasionally by an uninterested girl with her mask under her chin. - We bought half-board which meant dinner was included in our rate. Do not get this package! Besides the confusion at the restaurant the food itself was very poor. - The room doors are not fire-doors and do not close automatically. Summary We booked this because of its location but recommend others to seek alternative accommodations.

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.
