A pretty good hotel for its money. There is everything for comfortable accommodation. The staff is friendly, polite. Noise isolation is not very good, but it is classic for all hotels. In the room is warm, even hot. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Especially pleased breakfast (a big choice, delicious). Recommend the hotel for accommodation.

This hotel is very old, the rooms are too old and the pillows are terrible. I don't even want to write about the swimming pool and spa area, everything is old and dead, all the tiles are peeling off, the paint on the battery is off, in general, everything is old. There is no parking space, everything is always busy and the internet is weak. The door in the room does not read, it feels like you are not in the room but sleeping in the corridor. Another point is that the hotel’s spa area is rented out to children and coaches. There are only 3 tracks, but when two of them are rented out, it can’t go anywhere. That is, the price of the room includes a spa area, but you only have children when you come. What's in the jacuzzi, what's in the two-lane swimming pool. For you, there is only one pool path, where hotel guests can swim for 5-6 people. Well, you know, it’s really not that relaxing. You go to the jacuzzi, there are many children. In other words, there is no place for hotel guests, which is an excellent hotel concept. These children also have a coach, habal, who is the hamat of hotel guests. That's why I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. If people gather together, the red price per person per day is 500 rubles. For such rudeness and attitude towards guests.

Pros + Room was nice + Good bathroom + Wifi worked well Cons - Our attic room had no windows, except for a large roof window. This we knew and expected. What was not expected though was that the roof window had no curtain! This meant that the room was always bright and you are woken up early by the sun. Furthermore the constant sunshine in the room meant the room quickly became hot. - The air conditioning was unable to cope with the heat from the sun - The staff was not friendly. For example upon arriving we were never greeted or welcomed, just told to give passports and sign a form. - When we came for breakfast at 09 there was hardly any food. Bread was available but most of the hot dishes were completely empty, refilled only very occasionally by an uninterested girl with her mask under her chin. - We bought half-board which meant dinner was included in our rate. Do not get this package! Besides the confusion at the restaurant the food itself was very poor. - The room doors are not fire-doors and do not close automatically. Summary We booked this because of its location but recommend others to seek alternative accommodations.

Отдыхали в номере супериор с видом на залив с 4го по 6 августа. Снимали номер для свадебных сборов и далее отдыха после свадебного дня. В первый день принесли комплимент шампанское и фрукты. Вид ,особенно вечером и ночью невероятный,на лахту и залив,очень красиво . Очень просторный и уютный номер,кровать мягкая, диван удобный. Завтрак не удалось распробовать, в первый день из-за волнения,во второй день не до того было) А так,отель очень стильный, очень удобный,уютный. Рекомендую для сборов невесты именно такой класс номера,больше и не вижу смысла и так номер большой очень))
