Останавливался на 4 суток в августе 2024. Отличный номер с видом на Обводный канал и Лиговский проспект. В номере чисто, есть кондиционер. На этаже кулер с горячей водой. Никакого шума, что важно. Вежливый персонал. 5 минут ходьбы от метро, удобно.

Отель в старом районе, дом 1913!!! года постройки, на этаже и в номерах запах старостью, затхлый, обои по швам разошлись, одеяла тяжелые, видно что их не меняли очень давно. У меня 5 этаж, 215 номер, я в данный момент тут! Раковины для умывания на этаже в коридоре, т.е. умываться, чистить зубы будете у всех на виду! Первый раз в Питере, этот район и отель испортил все впечатление о городе! Тут все в прямом смысле слова пропахло стариной!!! Про лифт вообще молчу, это отдельная история, просто лучше им не пользуйтесь, ибо он со времен постройки дома еще! В общем в этот отель больше ни ногой!

Очень грубо разговаривал администратор на рецепшен, пол грязный в номере как будто долго не мыли (волосы, пыль), поселили на 6 этаж куда надо было идти пешком так как лифт прошлый век, подниматься ужасно с чемоданом, все старое

Отель чистый. Брала номер одноместный стандарт, мебель новая, постель чистая, белоснежная, удобная. В номере все заявленное работало. Санузел чистый, кафель, сантехника, все безупречное. Полотенцесушитель горячий, гель для душа, шампунь имеется. Полка для мыльных принадл.в душе есть. Вешалка для одежды, полотенец, фен в душе. Есть светильники над кроватью, очень удобно, на столе. В номере чайная чашка, стакан, тарелка, ложка. В коридоре кулер, есть горячая вода, что позволило пить чай в пакетиках, кофе. Из за погоды продлила время пребывания на полдня до отлета, проблем не было. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Есть кафе у регистратуры, питание сносное. Брала обед. Рядом магазин дикси, много магазинчиков по дороге с выпечкой, можно перекусить на ходу. Очеь выгодно местоположение у автовокзала рядом. Небольшой минус, это слышимость, когда ктото идет по коридору, в номерах тишина, я думала что одна в отеле, пару раз прошли по коридору, поняла про слышимость, считаю это незначительным. Воду в душе пришлось немного спускать, чтоб горячая пошла, она то пошла, достаточно горячая, но почему то плавала то горячей то холодней. В целом осталась очень довольна.
