Отказали в заселении за три дня до приезда ( будьте готовы ) номер был забронирован и полностью оплачен за пол года . Вот такие сюрпризы могут вас ждать в этом отеле. Просто вернули оплату и сказали что им выгоднее те кто приехал на месяц , и из за нас выселять никого не будут.

Обслуживание ужасное. Пришли заселяться, администратор оказался в магазине...что уже очень смутило. Зашли в номер дверь в уборную еле открывается, в джакузи волосы. Подошли к администратору,сказали, что не хотим проводить время в таких условиях. Попросили возврат денежный средств. На что нам отказали. Но после хотя бы согласились отдать 50%. выбирайте другой отель!!

Великолепно, слов нет, возвращаемся в номер, а дверь нараспашку, заходи бери что хочешь, на что нам ответили «больше не повториться». Лучшая гостинца в моей жизни. Так же договорились что завтрак принесут в 8.00, в половину уже разбудили с вопросом «чай или кофе», не думаю что это что то на столько сложное в приготовлении, что нельзя было уточнить после оговоренного времени. Грязь, плесень, вид из окна на ноги мимо проходящих людей, шум дороги. Ужасная духота, приходилось открывать окно, из-за чего шум становился невыносимым. Наличник на двери обещали починить на следующий день, но за все трое суток нашего пребывания ничего сделано не было. Уборки так же небыло ни разу.

Грязь. Плесень. Нет уборки. Нет фена. Матрасы- прощай спина. Шумно. Спать невозможно, под окном галдеж всю ночь. Телевизор плохо показывает. Мутный экран. Деньги не возвращают. Отчетные документы не дают.

Ужасный отель. Плохой сервис. В номере сырость. Ламинат на полу разбух, из-за чего дверь в санузел не полностью открывается. Джакузи со следами грибка. Сушки для полотенец нет. В номере нет холодильника, кондиционера . Фен один на всю гостиницу. Приборку делают плохо. Полотенца меняют не каждый день. Матрац на кровати неудобный. Тумбочек возле кровати нет. Розетки расположены неудобно. Телевизор показывает посредственно.
