Отдыхали в данном отеле 2 раза - в новогодние каникулы и в марте. Отель выбрали, так как можно с животными. В первый раз все было отлично, все очень понравилось. Отель новый, чистый, номера хорошие, персонал приветливый. Во второй раз все было уже не так радужно. В первый день все было хорошо, а вот во второй.. мы пришли в ресторан на обед с маленькой собачкой (с собой был коврик, чтобы точно ничего не испачкать), к нам подбежал официант и начал в грубой форме выгонять и говорить, что с собаками нельзя, такие новые правила. предложил нам оставить его на ресепшене привязать. на вопрос "что делать будем с завтраком? принесете в номер?", сбегал, с кем-то проконсультировался и сказал, что в номер они ничего не понесут. "Для нас" они сделают исключение и на завтрак с собакой можно (но как бы между делом отчитал нас, что вообще-то с собакой никуда нельзя). Ходить на завтрак после этого было крайне неприятно. По моему опыту, обычно , когда есть ограничения для животных, то на сайтах пишут, что можно и что нельзя. На сайте отеля никакой информации по размещению с животными нет, с правилами нас не ознакамливали , потому что их тоже нет (я спросила об этом на ресепшене). Все бы ничего, если бы этот ресторан (Ладога) не был почти единственной точкой пропитания. Настроение от отдыха все испортили. По итогу больше не приедем в этот отель и никому не посоветую.
