Первый раз столкнулись с таким ужасом! При заселении и выселении нет никого. Розетки в номере не работали, фен валялся в шкафу. Душевая кабина очень грязная(с грибком)места в номере для 2 нет вообще. Ручка входной двери была сломана и не закрывалась на замок, тобишь мы спали открытые. Попросили адммна решить эту проблему. Она пообещала, что днем мастер все сделает. Вернулись ночью в номер, а по итогу ни кто даже палец о палец не ударил. За 3 дня нахождения полотенце ни кто не заменил, что уж говорить про уборку. Админу фиолетово, что происходит в отеле. На лестнице очень сильно пахнет сыростью. А также в номере была сломана крышка унитаза и в дребезги сломанный пульт, который замотан скотчем. ЭТО САМОЕ ХУДШЕЕ МЕСТО!

Отель обманул с номером. На Яндекс.Путешествиях забронировала студию с джакузи, по факту предоставили обычный номер с душевой кабинкой - за что, спрашивается, переплатила? До отдела бронирования не дозвониться, администратор ни о чём не в курсе, никто не присутствует при заселении. Отправила жалобу руководству, никто не отвечает. Просто ужасный сервис.
