Good day. I want to share about this incredibly DISGUSTING PLACE. My daughter and I were on holiday from 24 to 31 July. You immediately enter the hotel and there are three girls standing there, absolutely unfriendly, no clear answers to questions, they mumble something under their breath, talk to each other and pay zero attention to the guest. Until I started to complain, only after that did they check us in. There are no words, the face of the hotel is the reception. This is about horror, there is a saying "The fish rots from the head" - does your manager really not care about this. Then we went up to room 709 - the first thing they opened the door with the smell of old age just blew us away. The windows do not open - to air the room, a nightmare. We started to fill the bath from the road, the water is RUSTY, it smells like sewage, in general we made do with a shower. The do not disturb button did not work, on the third try - again at the reception they called a technician and that was until I started to complain and wrote Do not disturb on a piece of paper and hung it on the handle. It's a nightmare. But I would like to thank the staff in the restaurant on the 10th floor - Thank you guys, you are wonderful, only your smiles that are worth it. And the girls who clean the rooms - Thank you!!!!! YOU ARE AT THE RECEPTION. I have never written reviews, but this is an exceptional case, it is my own fault, I should have read what people write, there is a lot of negativity. I have been to many places and to the most godforsaken hotels, but this is a misunderstanding of the reception, just AWFUL. I do not need your comments, just like you do not need mine.

I counted more than 10 Christmas trees in the hotel - they raised my New Year's spirit) I have never seen so many Christmas trees anywhere, it's awesome) I'll come to you in St. Petersburg for the New Year holidays - I'll definitely take an evening dress to take photos)

The impressions from staying at the hotel are the most positive: everything is new, very clean, nice design. The New Year's decor is something! Very atmospheric, the spirit of the holiday is at its best! It is felt that the hotel management really cares about the mood and comfort of the guests.

Excellent hotel. Everything is new. It is pleasant to stay. Polite and friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. Convenient location in the city center on Nevsky Prospect. Situated near the metro and Moskovsky railway station. I recommend.
