Отель с сюрпризами. Неприятными. Все услуги - платные, завтраки, баня и тд. Проще найти достойную альтернативу.
Отель не исполнил обещанного, деньги за бронь мне не вернули. Хотя сами предложили не заселяться, гарантируя возврат оплаты без штрафа.
Отелю и так хватает народной славы, что тут добавить. Печально

Останавливаюсь в данном отеле не в первый раз. Приветливы персонал, вкусная еда, хорошие расположение, но это лично для меня. Тихо, спокойно, номера в хорошем состоянии. Да есть ряд недостатков но это не критично для проживания.

Beautiful hotel with 3 fantastic pools and jacuzzi. Located on two wonderful little beaches surrounded by cliffs. Nice and clean rooms. The hotel is quite remote so the best thing is to have a scooter. The wall to the hotel is very rocky. The only negative is food. The worst breakfast I have ever had. Very little to choose from and what is available is not good (in our opinion). We asked every day for scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes and we ate that for 7 days. We ate at the restaurant once and it was not good even though the prices were almost double compared to other places nearby. Even the Cesar Salad was terrible. At check-out we received a bill for 5 restaurant visits even though we only ate there once. It took them 15 minutes to sort it out. All in all, fantastic hotel with great potential. All that is required is more trained and experienced staff. They are already very nice 👍

Посетили отель в новогодние праздники. В новогоднюю ночь было всё замечательно. Персонал был приветливый, еды всем хватало, программа насыщенная и весёлая. Номера тоже хорошие. Всё чисто и красиво. Также ходили просто в ресторан отеля. Там тоже было прекрасно. Всё вкусно и быстро. Особенно понравилась подача борща, всё продуманно и вкусно, понравилось что к борщу подаётся бородинский хлеб с натёртым салом. Ещё ни раз приедем в этот отель, из тех отелей в которых я была в СПБ этот однозначно самый лучший! Всем советую!

Практически в каждом номере отеля сильно шумит вентиляция. Отказываются возвращать деньги. Планировал отдохнуть 13-16 декабря 2024 года. Приехав в отель и поняв, что в моем номере сильно шумит вентиляция, я попросил найти мне другой номер. В результате я ходил с инженером и искал номер, в котором вентиляция была бы тихой. Такого номера мы совместно с инженером не нашли (мы посмотрели 3 доступных). В результате я провел в отеле несколько часов и уехал в тот же день в другой отель. Отель отказывается возвращать деньги за день, в который я провел несколько часов в номере и в поиске другого номера. 2 недели звонков и попыток обсудить эту тему с лицом принимающим решение по возвратам, мне ни чего не дали. Говорят одно и то же - "Мы записали ваш номер, перезвоним". Но ни кто не перезванивает. Расцениваю это как проявление не уважительного отношения к посетителям и низкий уровень сервиса отеля.

Не понравилось, что в номерах нет халатов. Зубной пасты с щеткой тоже почему-то не оказалось 🤷🏻♀️ Когда приехали, не могли найти бронь, в итоге заселили по факту. В номере был спертый запах, находиться было не приятно. Завтраки неплохие, но не вау. Не понравилось, не вернулись бы

Кладите ценные вещи в сейф и будьте готовы к конфликтным ситуациям, если что-то в номере не работает. Кратко про отель. Плохой сервис, наплевательское отношение и, как я считаю, воровство. Плюсы: отель в красивом месте, большой парк рядом на Крестовском острове, чуть отойти, дальше будет прекрасный парк на Елагином острове. Номер -норм, сам отель достаточно симпатичный, есть СПА, но в наш приезд он был закрыт по техническим причинам, побывать не получилось. Минусы: очень плохой сервис, ресепшн некомпетентен, если вы столкнетесь с проблемой, навстречу сотрудники не пойдут, из номера могут пропасть вещи( у меня пропал, как я считаю именно там, дорогой браслет, который забыли убрать в сейф, после возвращения не нашли), у нас была проблема с холодильником, которую не стали своевременно решать, причем в глаза врали, что вызвали мастера, что он заходил, а оказалось, что нет. И это при том, что мы были с грудным ребенком, у которого в этом холодильнике пропадало питание. Пропажа случилось под выходные, нам обещала главная менеджер в понедельник выйти и дать обратную связь по ситуации, но свое слово не сдержала, впрочем, я не очень удивлена.

Отвратительный сервис! Очень жаль, что такой роскошный отель в таком прекрасном месте так испортился. Приехали на пол часа раньше-на встречу к нам не пошли-заселили в номер минута в минуту. Все формально, ну ок. А дальше совсем прекрасно. Пришли вечером в номер-а он не убран. На вопрос почему-мне ответили: «ой, перепутали». Ну ок, убирайте сейчас, готова подождать-так в ответ еще лучше: «Извините, убирать не кому». Класс! 17 000 в ночь… ни полотенца, ни шампуня, с мусорном в номере))) Жаль, больше ни ногой!
