Сам отель на твёрдые 3 +звезды, не 4. Делюкс с видом на Неву прекрасен: чистый, вид радовал (ради него и брали), неплохой СПА комплекс с бассейном в отеле. Дополнительные услуги (массажи, и так далее) довольно дороги. Но если брать только вход в бассейн и сауны - вполне экономично. Сервис хороший, чисто, но бронировать надо заранее. Беринг ресторан на первом этаже, конечно, грусть. Уровень обслуживания на слабую тройку. И ощущения от ресторана тоже. В целом гостиница приятная, локация шикарная. Всем довольны.

В отель нас не заселили, т.к. наша бронь была отменена. Ttip.com причину нам не объяснил, пообещал вернуть деньги и очень маленькую компенсацию
Но денег я пока не получил
Я с семьей в 21-00 оказался на улице в Санкт-Петербурге без жилья, когда почти все отели были забиты под завязку. С трудом удалось найти номер на 4 ночи в гостинице на окраине Санкт-Петербурга

Красивый вид на Неву. Рядом остановка, до метро идти 10 минут. До центра 3 км вдоль прекрасной Невы. Завтраки вкусные, но за 10 дней все было одно и тоже. Десертов вкусных не было( сладкоежки будут расстроены.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле с 1975 года! В последние годы он очень изменился в лучшую сторону. Всё очень хорошо, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, безупречный клининг и комфорт, но это есть и во многих питерских отелях. Здесь плюс к комфорту лучший вид на центр города, Неву, Летний сад, Литейный, Троицкий и Дворцовый мост, Эрмитаж, Петропавловске крепость. Таких видов нет больше нигде! Только из за одного этого можно выбирать этот отель!
