The first time i booked a city view room was a blue room much better condition. On valentine day I booked the same room type. The boy at reception gave me a cheap red room no better than a airbnb standard. Tats not the type i booked. It’s the cheaper red room. After i confronted refuse to take it. They found a un cleaned blue room. I was not able to check in till 4.40pm! Maybe train employees. Real suck experience for V day.

When we arrived at the hotel, the reception was not aware of this, despite the correspondence with the reservation service, and we waited in the lobby 16 hours before check-in, and the hotel was not clearly fully booked, and the rooms could have been given. It was the same when leaving. And we regularly met new guests at the reception who were outraged by this hotel policy, because it was obvious that the hotel was not full, and they were simply trying to sell guests a couple of hours of stay in the room for half the price of an expensive night.
