Charming place with very attentive service. I want to say special thanks to the girl Shura, who is a mega delicate and pleasant girl. While cleaning our room, she paid attention to cold pills and drops, etc. She added pillows for us, put linen on the second blanket, brought napkins (to wipe the snot) It was very nice and we were touched by it. 😊 We were in room 9 and we had deathly silence, no one interfered, no one was heard, everything is clean and tidy. The plumbing is all new, the shower is excellent, there are no complaints about hot water. There is a heater, in case of need. There is a mini fridge in the room. I want to note the very convenient location of the hotel. 👍 In short, I liked it so much that I was not even too lazy to write a review!

1. Boorish staff. 2. We accommodated two people in a double room, but only one breakfast was included. 4. The room was not prepared for occupancy. 5. For 4 days, cleaning was only once, but after it, just like when checking in, clothes of hair with dust were scattered on the floor. 6. If you throw towels on the floor, this does not mean that they will be replaced, it means that they will simply be taken away and the guest will have to go to the reception to "beg" for new ones. 7. About the lack of soap in the room - I received an offer to bring a dispenser to the reception (from another building), to my indignation that the soap dispenser was screwed on, I received the following offer - to use the toilet in the closet with cleaning equipment. 8. "Paper" walls and doors with a complete lack of soundproofing. 9. I would like to praise the location, but it is located in the courtyard with a sex shop, a ******* and a district police officer's office. 10. Only two towels per person. 11. We settled in a group, and we were specially settled in 3 different buildings. In their words: "so that they don't gather and make a fuss"

отличный отельчик в самом центре Санкт Петербурга, очень чисто и уютно, по отзывам жалуются на отсутствие лифта, нас эта проблема не коснулась - достался номер на первом этаже. В номере уютно , номер компактный, есть холодильник и чашки с приборами, за чаем-кофе можно сходить на ресепшен. Завтраки предлагают в соседнем ресторане. Парковки как таковой нет, но администратор предложила нам припарковаться в торговом центре в 7 минутах ходьбы (800 рублей в сутки)
