強烈建議攜程要查一下刷好評的情況了，嚴重懷疑這家民宿酒店就是通過刷好評刷出來的。
早上下火車到這裏想存個行李，按了半天門鈴，老太太嘮嘮叨叨就是不給開門（是誰説的和藹可親的老太太？）。下午開房以後發現實際房間跟網上照片完全不符，想加錢換間大的，網上明明掛着其他房型，老太太又嘮嘮叨叨死活不肯。
你敢相信400多元的房間衹有16平米，房間裏連個垃圾桶都沒有，更不用提拖鞋和沐浴露了。廁所裏散發著臭味兒，下水管道裸露在外邊，牆上隨處可見的灰塵，一體型的淋浴洗澡的時候積的滿腳都是臟水，讓人作嘔。逼仄的房間裏特別悶熱，打開窗户又都是蚊子，初出來旅遊的好心情，全被破壞了

酒店樓下就有公交車站，離地鐵站步行10多分鐘，坐一站就可以到達涅瓦大街和主要景點，打車去火車站也很近。房東人很好，早餐是熱乎乎的熱食，有家的味道，還吃到了她親手做的甜點，非常非常棒！隨時都有茶水和速溶咖啡自助。如果以後再來聖彼得堡，我一定還會選擇這裏，性價比很高，大家快來吧

標準間很小，服務沒有的，打掃工作要自己跟前台説，才會找人來打掃。
當時看評論説是樓下就是公交站台，但實際如果是要坐車去涅瓦河邊，冬宮那邊的話每次都要走到600米外的其他公交車站，所以位置不便，不適合遊客。
當初訂這家店看上的就是評價裏説的服務，説是房東奶奶很好，但實際到了那裡根本不是這麼一回事情，服務態度很差，前台的幾個人都是愛理不理，退房的時候，俄羅斯人退房是直接放了鑰匙就可以走的，我們退房前台説五分鐘後，結果過了n個5分鐘還沒好，去問，就又是5分鐘，想不通，就你們這小破房間，查房要這麼久嗎？這一行住了四家酒店，就這家效率最低，服務最差。
如果有機會再來俄羅斯，絕對不會再來住的酒店，唯二好的地方是，這個價位，仍然提供早餐，並且退房時可以免費開住宿證明。

房東是個很和善的老奶奶，因為我想吃辣的，還免費幫我們煮了宜賓燃麪。離涅瓦大街不遠，樓下就是公交站，還有很多小超市，走路39秒過紅綠燈就有個非常出名又便宜的麪包店！不錯！
