Sonata on Nevsky 5 Palace Square

First of all, the location is very good, very close to the Winter Palace, just a few steps away. But after finding the location of the hotel, it is difficult to find it. It is located on several floors of a building similar to an apartment building, and there are other hotels inside. The elevator is very small and can only take 1 person + 1 luggage at a time. When I found the downstairs of the hotel, I didn't know how to get there. I met a couple who were also very confused. I called the front desk (in English) and asked: If we don't know how to get there, could you please ask them to pick us up? She agreed, but didn't come down. In the end, we had to figure out the way ourselves after spending a lot of time researching. Then it was very hot indoors in Russia. The heater in my room was so hot that I couldn't sleep. I asked her to turn it off for me. She helped me deal with it, but was not sure whether it was turned off. However, she said she would find staff to turn it off for me. Finally, when I returned to the hotel at night, it was not turned off, and I had to figure out how to turn it off myself. There may be a language gap, but I think the service is just average.

地段真的沒得説，離冬宮步行3分鐘，亞歷山大公園就過條馬路，青銅騎士宮廷橋看完開橋儀式回酒店簡直不要太方便。涅瓦大街餐廳也多，換錢所步行6分鐘。房間比較小，但落腳足夠了。唯一的難點是如何找到酒店前台。我到達涅瓦大街已經是晚上八點多，無憂行的定位始終還在國內，無法找到自己所在的地點。遇到一個俄羅斯少年，和他媽媽一起帶着我們找，還幫我們扛着行李，找到地點後他還沒走，想看我們能不能進去。果然我們沒能進去，他又幫我撥打yandex maps上酒店的電話、幫我們打開底下的門。然後！！又幫我們提着箱子們步行上四樓，一直送我們到前台，確定我可以登記入住了才走。真的非常非常感動！在異國他鄉，陌生人的善意真的能驅散恐懼和憂慮。也許是我運氣好，遇到的俄羅斯人真的挺好的。搭乘yandex Go，孩子把手機落在後座，司機晚高峯堵着車趕回來送給我們。其實語言不通的情況下，他就説沒發現手機我也沒辦法的，但是他選擇了幫助和善意。彼得堡真的很美，人和景都值得我再來。

Очень тихий отель в центре. Есть тапочки, сейф, чай, кофе бесплатно. Кровати удобные, постельное белье очень нежное. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.

前台英語差勁，沒有服務意識，態度差。我們4人兩間房，住了兩天，並主動要求第二天不用做衞生，但是晚上去要洗澡毛巾，居然沒有，給我一個小洗臉毛巾，説這是酒店裡最後的一塊乾淨毛巾。第三天提前退房，行李存放在餐廳，下午14:00去取，希望上一下廁所，前台大媽堅決拒絕。我用俄語翻譯器告知她，我們兩個房間昨天都沒有做衞生，今天走之前上個廁所都不行？她仍然拒絕。難以接受！

地理位置很好 離冬宮特別近 衹是確實很容易走過入口！一定要多看酒店周圍參照物 電梯衹能容納2人或者一人加一個行李 下次來應該還會考慮住這兒
