отвратительное мошенничество ! никому не советую бронировать, если нет желания испортить себе выходные! накануне позвонила в отель на всякий случай, подтвердить заезд, администратор (не представилась) беззастенчиво объявила, что бронь моя есть, но категория номера понижена до эконома (это что с общими удобствами)! на закономерное мое возражение, подтвержденное ваучером, где черным по белому прописаны прежние условия , ответила отказом ! с руководством соединить меня отказалась (может, она и есть руководство), классно придумали: за месяц до праздников бронировала по более низкой цене более высокую категорию, накануне в одностороннем порядке перетасовали номера с идиотскими обоснованиями, цитата : « не знаю, что там за ваучер, у вас будет эконом»
