Perfect example of true hospitality and high quality service. Nice location, clean and cosy rooms, stuff is ready to do everything to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Delicious breakfast, charming inner courtyard where you can have breakfast or dinne.

The hotel itself was beautiful and kept in perfect condition. The rooms were spotless. What really stood out was the customer service. I was treated exceptionally well by all the staff. Never have I seen customer service at this high of a level. Thank you Helvetia hotel and team!

Right from the start, they rolled up in a fancy Mercedes to pick me up. Breakfast? they were so considerate, asking about my food preferences. Housekeeping? Super thorough and even left a birthday surprise. I was a bit concerned about not speaking Russian, but the concierge team? They were amazing, pointing me to the city's best restaurants and setting up a killer private night city tour. Felt super safe and super happy during my stay. I even bought home some hotel merchandise and received a lovely gift from the restaurant upon check-out. I wholeheartedly recommend and can't wait to return. I truly genuinely miss St. Petersburg as soon as I left. Thank you!!!
