Good location. Not far from Moskovsky railway station. Easy to find. Has everything you need. Water coolers in the corridors, Microwave. Has coffee and a large shared refrigerator. Comfortable bed.

This hotel does not meet the 3-star rating, it is 2 stars at best.
The room is extremely small and the facilities are very poor. On the 4th floor, there is no elevator, so you have to climb up. The location assigned to us is also the innermost one. There is no soundproofing either, so I would not recommend staying here for tourists.

Отдыхали с друзьями, были в 4 разных номерах. В одном номере не работали батареи, было ужасно холодно и обогреватель принесли только в последний день. Дважды просила на ресепшене принести второе одеяло нам с мужем - так и не принесли. Полотенца меняют не по мере загрязнения или желанию гостя, а строго раз в 3 дня. Хотела поменять раньше - не поменяли. Фен плохо работал в номере - отключался через 2 минуты после использования, ну здесь починили вроде как. На старте заезда вывалилась розетка - тоже починили быстро. Завтраки - отвратительные. Слышимость 100% в номерах - тоже дикий дискомфорт. На 4й этаж без лифта - с чемоданами не классно. Цена - гуд, местоположение - прекрасное.

Месторасположение отеля вполне удобно и на этом плюсы заканчиваются, постельное было в пятнах, в комнате стоял непонятный неприятный запах, в ванне ужасно воняло сыростью, имелась плесень, туалет оставляет желать лучшего, без твоего согласия и разрешения приходит уборщица которая не убирает номер, а складывает твои вещи, мы были в шоке когда зашли, а кровать не заправлена, туалет/ванна не убраны, зато сумки и одежда разложены, на ресепшен звонишь трубки не берут, отношение никакое к гостям, стены картонные слышно все) честно еще раз бы не заехала и всем не советую, да цена нормальная для невского, но мы в районе этой цены были в отелях намного лучше

Мне не удалось заселиться в отель из-за изменений в моём авиаперелете, поэтому ничего не могу сказать о том, каково жить в этом отеле. Поразило отношение - мне не предоставили ни позднее заселение, хотя в отеле указана круглосуточная стойка регистрации, ни последующую отмену бронирования, хотя отмена возникла по независящим от меня причинам. Так что будьте внимательны при бронировании данного отеля - Вам не пойдут на встречу. За отмену бронирования с меня не только удержали полную оплату номера, но и хотели назначить штраф в размере стоимости номера.
