There is only one-the walls are thin and the room is stuffy. If you open the window, you will not be able to sleep due to the noise of the road. Perhaps like in a hotel with similar problems, it is appropriate to issue earplugs.

I travel a lot but really recommend this hotel it exceeded expectation. For one third of a price of anything around me and my wife had an excellent stay right in the center of the city. The conditions were super clean and new, our room had a great vibe facing famous Nevsky Prospect yet with zero noise thanks to airtight windows. Blind shut curtains really helped during permanent light outdoors in June. Staff was super friendly and helped immediately with smallest requests. Bed was comfortable, there was a common area with a couch, tables and TV. Please note that some rooms have private bathroom and some rooms have a shared bathroom both being clean and new. It’s in the second floor no elevator but it didn’t bother us much. Entrance from Nevsky. We stayed extra two night because we liked it a lot. If you are looking for a budget stay in the center this is by far best option.

Сначала отель очень понравился, но в последний день впечатление испортилось. После выезда оставили чемоданы на хранение, ведь на ресепшене сказали, что это возможно сделать. Нам обещали, что их уберут в комнатку на замке, но это, видимо, не сделали. Забрав чемоданы обнаружили, что из них пропали вещи. При первой же возможности позвонили в гостиницу, но нашу претензию проигнорировали ,а при повторном звонке нагрубили и отказались от ответственности. Больше нет никакого желания сюда приезжать.

Ужас. Забронировал номер на 27 декабря. Предупредил о вечернем заезде. Приехал, а никто не встретил. Дверь закрыта. На звонки админ не отвечает. В итоге мне дверь открыли жильцы отеля. Но админа я так и не дождался и меня никто не заселил. Пошел в ночь искать новый отель. Пожелание владельцу отеля - таким отношением вы всех гостей растеряете

Номер Комфорт, в целом хорошо. Слабый напор горячей воды, уборка номера ограничивается заменой мусорных пакетов. Расположение хорошее, в принципе претензий нет, все по деньгам.
