При выборе отеля нас привлекло месторасположение и внешний вид. Останавливались с 30 октября по 2 ноября 2023 г. Отель находится в красивом старинном доме с лепниной и мозаикой на полу. Очень атмосферно. Чисто и уютно. Но были вещи, которые явно омрачили наше пребывание. Это хамское, очень грубое отношение со стороны персонала (женщина, работающая в это день в отеле и отвечающая за порядок) такое сложилось впечатление, что мы бесплатно зашли пожить в этот отель и никто нас здесь не ждал. Грубо разговаривала с детьми, грубо выгоняла из-за стола на общей кухне, показательно бросала в раковину посуду в то время как дети ели за столом. Размахивала тряпкой. Все это очень сильно испортило настроение Не рекомендую!!!!!!

Был летом, 2022 - понравилось. Забронировал через ostrovok.ru на февраль 2023. Позвонил уточнить какую то ерунду, выяснилось, что в отеле про моё бронирование не знают, Дама ( она там и занимается делами, и отвечает на звонки, и всегда в отеле....) десять раз меня переспросила "действительно ли бронь на февраль"?. Вопроса моего, почему я собственно туда позвонил, она не поняла, и начала называть меня лжецом, отчитывать и хамить. По итогу закончила разговор бросив трубку. Отношение до этого было очень положительное (я там жил с семьей в 2022 и все было хорошо) однако, быть уверенным в таком месте, где могут таким образом поговорить с клиентом НЕЛЬЗЯ, По результатам общения сложилось впечатление что дама не адекватна. ( ну и про бронирование она не знает ничего. Приедешь так с семьей, и обломаешься). На сайте самого отеля написано, что БРОНЬ ГАРАНТИРУЕТСЯ только при обращении по телефону или через сайт. ТАК УДАЛИТЕСЬ С ОСТРОВКА тогда. И да, так с клиентом не ведут разговоры, ни при каких условиях, тем более я был очень лоялен, а теперь буду только предостерегать от ведения дел с этим местом.
