這家酒店之前在攜程沒有點評，我是完全抱着碰運氣的心態訂的。因為它的地理位置確實太誘人了：Galeria旁邊一分鐘步行；中餐廳在馬路對面；Avangard換錢所在中餐廳對面；古巴餐廳步行13分鐘；披頭士博物館在火車站對面；酒店到火車站步行三分鐘。甚至旁邊還有一家劇院，衹是我們沒時間看了。事實證明選對了，前台男經理英文完全沒問題，房間小但足夠了，趕火車住一晚非常完美。前台有飲水機，很方便。第二天我們去中餐廳之前把行李寄存在前台，她們甚至有間行李寄存室。總之這家店我會給滿分，因為完全超出了預期！

Ночлежка, а не отель! Не стоит того даже на ночь перед поездом!
Я редко пишу негативные отзывы, но отель так и не ответил на мое письмо на почту после проживания и ноль реакции. Пишу честный отзыв.
Минусы (коротко):
- Старый грязный отель
- Окна номера выходили на Лиговский очень шумно и даже при закрытых окнах слышно
- Шторы не стирали лет 5 наверное, аж серые от грязи, окна тоже
- Посреди ночи сломался кондиционер, стало ужасно душно. Окна не открыть, на ресепшен ничем помочь не смогли, даже вентилятора нет на замену. Мы готовы были искать другой отель по среди ночи, но вернуть деньги на ресепшн нам также отказались.
- Стоимость проживания была 5579р. За ночь! За такие деньги ГОРАЗДО ГОРАЗДО больше ЛУЧШЕ И СИЛЬНО ЛУЧШЕ вариантов есть. Цена ему 2-3 т.р. максимум!
- Вывески нет, парадная страшная разбитая, реально будто притон ищешь
- Завтраки привозят просто в боксах (1 бокс на человека на выбор и все!) с невозможностью разогреть. Бомж - вариант. 500р/завтрак!
- Кофе-машина не работает
- Самые дешевые тапочки и гигиенические средства (из которых только шампунь и гель для душа), отсутствие зубных наборов
- Сломанная ручка двери комнаты (еле открывалась, в какие то моменты казалось мы заблокированы вовсе )
- Мебель наборная, старая
Есть и плюсы:
- чистые полотенца и постельное не порванное белье (для такого варианта можно было такого ожидать)
- наличие кулера с водой
В этом месте чувствуешь себя не как в отеле средней стоимости, а в какой-то дешевой ночлежке.
