I booked a deluxe balcony suite, but when I got there, I found that there was a parking lot when I opened the window. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service. It should have been 4 a.m. in China at that time. I am very grateful for the help of customer service. Although the hotel did not make any effective response, Chinese people still need to help Chinese people when they are abroad.
