Premier Inn Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park)

Simply not enough staff. Well over an hour for a simple curry to arrive. Staff doing their best, but HQ need to hire more urgently. Useful for the office workers but not near St Peter Port or the rest of the tourist sites. ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is in a great location and is very modern. The bay is literally at the end of the road and it is a short drive into town. The staff are very friendly and helpful , especially Ivan. I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting the island.

The Room was impeccably clean. The staff were all friendly (& helpful). Breakfast was great- a self-service Full English Buffet ! The restaurant was clean and the staff were efficiently cleaning away used crockery discretely and politely.

The manager Ian was excellent as well as all the team - shame that Premier cant supply food yet everywhere else in Guernsey can - strange felt sorry for all the staff as its winter thought there would be more staff yet the manager seemed to do it all.

An absolute gem of a place. The manager and his staff were so helpful and welcoming. They catered for my daughters veganuary, and spoilt my son on his birthday. Comfortable beds and a great base to explore. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Great bed and spacious room (I had a premier plus room); only stayed there 2 days but the premium WiFi didn’t work the entire time I was there and the standard WiFi was terrible - like a dial-up connection - so it was impossible to use it for anything other than messaging which was very poor/frustrating (especially when premium WiFi is meant to be included for premier plus). Bathroom towel rail came out of the wall when I lightly pulled a towel from it coming out of the shower. Told reception because I didn’t want to be blamed for damage, just to be told that it was well known already. They clearly weren’t planning on fixing it any time soon. Minor issue I appreciate but it is a bit shoddy - far bigger issue for me was not having any WiFi.
