I was there with my adult daughter for a weeks bed and breakfast holiday. We had twin bedded room with shower and toilet. The room was immaculate and was tended to daily. The choices for breakfast were excellent. The cooked breakfast was cooked to order and specification. We ate in the hotel in the evening 5 days but the prices were comparable with othe restaurants on the island. Drinks also were comparable to elsewhere. The staff were friendly but professional. I had several conversations with them, they were interested in our day. The hotel restaurant served the local area and also had a public bar. There was no excessive noise from the the public bar patrons, there was only one evening where we heard them but as it was a very hot week we had our window open and we were above the bar, but our sleep was not disturbed. We were well served by public transport and the beach was across the road. We arrived early but our room was ready and we were allowed to check in early. Our flight home was early in the morning and we had to leave before breakfast, the hotel provided a breakfast bag for us to have, which was a lovely touch. As we were there during a hot week, we would have benefited from fridge in the room to keep water in, but this did not distract from our holiday.

Evening meal with colleagues. Service shocking slow on drinks orders throughout the evening with staff forgetting we had asked. Food slow and one meal never turned up with no apologises. Great venue disappointed on service

Please don't eat here. The food is awful! Cremated burger and bun with soggy chips and a lack lustre ham sandwich at £10! The restaurant tables are also weirdly sticky. We asked our server about this and were told " We get a lot of complaints about this." My thoughts? Change the cleaning product? Othwerwise its a nice location but suffers from being brewery run - badly.

Lovely straightforward hotel. Great staff, and the service was friendly and good. I stayed in room 2, which has a view out to sea. The room was spotless clean, and comfortable. Fabulous cooked breakfast, prepared to order. A great location if you are wanting to walk the south coast cliffs as you are at the start of the route, and the bus stop is opposite to bring you back! Decent evening menu, which catered for all tastes, but I thought it a little expensive for what it is, that said the food was good Right opposite the beach too. In all a great stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were really comfortable with everything you need. Really nice lounges and restaurant with outdoor terrace. Beautiful location overlooking the beach and sea. Bus stop right outside which was really handy for travelling around the island. Only 10-15 minutes from the airport too.

The location is magnificent and the staff are lovely, but we were very disappointed by the facilities. The room overlooked the courtyard and we had the loud noise of the kitchen ventilation in the background. The mattress was older than me, springs in the back... Very uncomfortable. The food is decent but the prices are too high. Fish and chips, frozen fish, shame... In short, I won't be coming back here.

Room was quite dated, but the bed was comfortable and the bus stop right outside made travelling around the island a doddle. We also had a long wait trying to check in despite ringing the service bell multiple times, so didn't have the greatest of starts to our stay, but it quickly became a good base for all our excursions.
