The cleanness,the property setup decoration,the friendly staffs with handling everything with calmness and handle any issues quickly. This hotel sits right on the beach with very short walking distance. They have it all on the property with beach bar,grills;swimming pool with lounge and restaurant onto the property

This location has the good part of the beach we walked south and some of the sand wasn't as nice. the air conditioning was great. The shower water pressure was bad.

This property was pretty good. Rooms were spacious and clean, shower head could use refurbishing since water easily sprayed out of the shower even with curtain fully closed. Could tell there was previous wall damage from that. Also, if you want fresh pool towels, make sure you get to the front desk or pool area EARLY to get them or else you’ll be left using your used towel from the day before. I suppose it’s more eco friendly, just was inconvenient. Appreciated the walkability to the beach and covered beach loungers available to hotel guests. Also loved the beach bar at the back of hotel. Great drinks and vibes!

My staying at the Hilton Garden in St Pete
It was a great vacation. The hotel was an excellent choice. Very clean and the beds very comfortable. Easy access to the beach.

We were charged for 2 extra nights and they refused a refund. I loved this hotel when we found it and we have stayed there 2 times. We go to area often because of family. This WAS our new go to place. They even confirmed our daily breakfast at the tiki bar had ended 2 days before they said we checked out. We left the key at the desk due to the long wait. I’m so disappointed. I would have settled for a credit. Customer service is dead. Everybody has strict policies that they can not bend. We basically handed them $700 for nothing!

Check in is at 4 but we arrived around 1pm they would call me when it was ready it would be just a short wait. The staff secured our luggage and we went out back to the beach. We came back after 3 and still no room. Ok fine we were assured it would be soon. We went and had dinner. We came back at 4:30 to still no room! It was after 5pm before we were able to get our room that was going to be ready shortly. I reserved this room online 2 months prior.
Since when did hotels stop having Ice machines on each floor. The one and only ice machine is on the 1st floor.
Our room was supposed to have a partial view. That view was of the hotel next door that has no doors and is under renovation.
This is a decent hotel but not worth the $750 we paid for the 2 days we were there and for being late giving us our room.
