Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown

We stayed at the hotel for one week. The shuttle service is really a big plus. Room is clean, staff is friendly. Love the kitchen, we can make some meals.

Best Hotel I’ve Stayed At. We stayed for two night and a group of friends initially stayed for one night but they decided to stay another night the next morning, the staff that we interacted with were really fun and great help when we had issues. When we got to our room our tv was super blue, like hurt your eyes blue. I called down to the front desk and the woman said that someone will come up to help. Once the guy came up he walked in and immediately said “WOW that tv is blue” and went out the room almost immediately to get us a whole new tv. Once he came back up he set it up nice and swiftly and was ready to go, we talked for another 20 mins about random stuff and he was super chill, he also called down to the shuttle that goes by to have them wait for my group cause they needed to run on an errand. Additionally from what I heard the shuttle ride was super nice and the driver was really good to talk to as well. And finally the room itself was great, at first I was unsure if the room would be worth what I paid, usually ****** hotels are about the same as what I paid for just a basic room. But these are like fancy little studio apartments. Honestly wouldn’t be mad to live there. 10/10 stars on all fronts. Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in at this price.

One night - excellent Nice brief stay. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet, comfortable night. Location near downtown was convenient as was the prompt valet service.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, nice options for guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
