Noisy Air Conditioning meant little sleep, room had damp smell to it. Broken fittings on shower had been repaired with tape. Breakfast was poor quality, wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, bed was comfortable the only positive I can think of

As a stopover this was excellent. Good, clean rooms, great bathrooms, excellent beds, quiet, good restaurant. Location slightly in the middle of nowhere, but perfect for that driving stopover. Well done the management.

Not a four stars hotel. Staff can’t be bothered. Cleaners can’t be bothered. Swimming pool very green and dirty. No one bothers here. We had three people in our room. Two set of towels. Paper cups instead of mugs, one small bottle of waters shared between us for two nights. Cleaner came in stroke the bed but didn’t clean the bathroom at all. Really a run down place.

AC system very noisy in our room. Breakfast buffet poor. No electrical output car chargers. Old fashioned hotel in a limited services area away from walking distance activities or convenience stores. Could be better for the only 4 stars hotel in Saint Nazaire !

Etions un groupe de 45 personnes pour 4 jours. Dés l'arrivée, bon accueil, très professionnel. Belle chambre, toilette separée et un peu minus, mais on ne vient pas en séjours pour y passer son temps. Bar avec un bon service, prix normaux. Repas plus que corrrects, variés. Personnel gentil souriant. Merci pour pour ce bon moment

nos enfants nous avaient offert un bon groupon pour cet hôtel ainsi qu' un diner et une entrée au spa. nous avons été très bien reçu le personnel a l 'accueil est charmant et au diner c était très bon et les personnel est a l 'écoute nous étions venus avec notre chien tout était au top

Bonjour , Repas de famille. Si le repas était correct l accueil était médiocre. Dès notre arrivée, on sent que l on dérange. Les serveurs enchaînent les plats sans sourire. Ils veulent clairement qu on part le plus vite possible. Il ne fallait pas accepter un groupe dans ces conditions là. Quel dommage !
