We would like to give big compliment to FB team at Lobby Bar especially Daniel. He has 5* service mind, we wouldn’t need to repeat what water we would like to order on our second lunch but once we seated, he came with the water we’ve ordered first time which means he recognised the details so well. He truly the star! Alen is also very very attentive and take so well care of us during our stay! They are a good team! Breakfast team is the best, Maria, Angelina, Chef, Alessandro if I remember the name right, he came from Greece and the rest of the team did great! Sushi Chef is really doing great job and all the cheats! The food is really really amazing!

Second time coming to this wonderful hotel and it’s truly a home away from home. The staff is amazing, helpful and kind. The food and drinks are excellent and the hotel is so chic and elegant. Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had, truly of amazing quality.

Fantastic stay. Very good service and very helpful staff. Top spa with outside pool for amazing moments.The hotel has very good good restaurants! We tried the Italian, the lobby bar and the main restaurant, which were all very good and had great service! The hotel has a great location too. Thank you for everything team of kempinski we will come back again next year!!!

I stayed here a few nights this summer while part of a college alumni group. A glamorous hotel with many elegant amenities for a luxury stay. It is in the Spa area of St. Moritz.. Locally called “Bad” , (IE. Baden Baden in Germany). It is a short (10 minutes) bus ride to the middle of St. Moritz. The food (breakfast and dinner buffets) at the hotel were plentiful and tasty. I wish I had more time to experience all the hotel has to offer, but I guess that leaves something to do on a return trip.

It's hard to review numerous hotels when you are traveling but the Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski makes this one easy. We stayed here with our two kids in August 2024 and really enjoyed everything from pickup at the train station in a private shuttle to departure. The service level is clearly five star. They respond quickly to every request and with enthusiasm and kindness. They were really good to our kids including providing nice stuffed animals at check in and making sure they had snacks and that the snacks were tailored to my sons allergy. The food at the buffet for breakfast was phenomenal. The Italian restaurant was also well worth it's reviews and ratings. Despite our kids being young, they were really gracious at that Adrianos and provided them with a five star meal. The spa and gym facilities were some of the best we had seen in Switzerland. The outdoor yoga terrace ? Unreal. The gym was fully stocked with new equipment also which was unique for such a historic hotel. The hotel pool and spa area were also top tier. They also provide you with lift tickets which is the only hotel in Switzerland that did that for us. Also bus tickets. That made our mountain hiking day so much more convenient. Also we really loved the outdoor patio at the front which we could sit outside and snack with the kids while having champagne. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. Also really love the history of the hotel and the uniqueness of the property. It's worth it just to walk around. This hotel deserves to be #1 in St Moritz.

This is a beautiful, stately hotel located on the opposite side of St. Moritz. There is no A/C but they will bring you a fan. You'll need to use public transport to get you to/from the old town or you can hike up the hill. The staff is superb and the included breakfast plentiful.

We had adjoining suites that were massive in their own right. When combined, our space was larger than many homes. There was a kitchenette in each room and a bath and a half. Pure luxury. We had a lovely view of the mountains with sounds of cow bells every morning and evening. A huge pool added to our enjoyment.
