Speaking of the location, you must hop on a bus to get there.
But the bus that drops you off at the hostel doesn't seem coming so often.
So you are probably using the bus that drops you around 15 minutes away from the hostel. (or you can plan thoroughly to get the best option)
Walking around for 15 minutes was definitely a no-go for me, I was worn out at the time because I hiked all day. I assume the others are pretty much the same as me.
The receptionist was I would say extremely kind and attentive.
They are willing to help me with whatever problem I have.
Don't buy hot water at the coffee machine if you need it. They provide hot water and st.moritz-Spezial water in the kitchen or whatever you call it.
The lobby which is ground floor was cool and fancy. There are tons of tables where you can take a break or have something with your company.
I stayed at a 4-bed dormitory.
The room and beds seem like a bit old but it wasn't a big deal for everyone.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others.
