Simply perfect, this hotel ticks every box and some. Bedrooms modern yet classic, food and service throughout the whole hotel superb. Views stunning, car parking was secure and safe, one of the best hotels I have stayed in , in the world. The SPA was also lovely and afternoon tea was also to the standard of any UK London 5 Star hotel.

For someone who values authenticity, this place was a breath of fresh air. There was a genuine quality to every aspect of my experience, from the locally-sourced offerings to the sincere interactions with staff. I felt connected not just to the establishment, but to the wider community it's part of. It's rare to find a place with such a strong sense of identity and purpose.

Luxurious seems too weak a word. Sumptuous. Elegant. Finery. Abundance. Exquisite. We arrived on the Glacier Express and asked to be picked up. The hotel sent a breathtaking Rolls-Royce (see picture). The driver, Massimo, was so kind and helpful he felt like a family member. This was our first impression, and it was an excellent taste of the things yet to come at Batrutt's Palace Hotel. Our room was lush and perfect. Our "balcony" would be better described as a terrace. Our view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking. Housekeeping and room service were graciously accommodating to any request. The concierges were also wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't use the spa, but we visited it, and the ambiance was unique and very inviting.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Incredible experience ❤️ I’m in love and amazed. The food in the hotel all around the places is amazing. The service in the hotel is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, the views and the atmosphere… costs all the money, and I would definitely come again and again! Didn’t even won’t to get deeply into to the history of the hotel, because it won’t be enough to tell you have to see it definitely ❤️

I was not staying at the hotel, but following a dinner at their off premise restaurant Chesa Veglia I had an absolutely first class experience. The meal finished with a plate of wonderful chocolate truffles that was brought to the table. They were so good that I wanted to buy them so I went to the hotel the next day to inquire if they were for sale. The concierge asked me to wait while he summoned the pastry chef. After a short wait Stefan Gerber arrived and thanked me for complimenting his truffles, apologized that he didn't have nicer packaging and presented me with the gift of a full bag of truffles. As much as I offered to pay for them he politely refused and insisted that it was his pleasure. While The Palace may not appreciate me publicizing that their staff is giving things away, this is a sign of first class hospitality and a fantastic staff that is well trained. The pizza at Cheese Veglia is also excellent, so go there and don't miss the truffle at the end!

darlings, let me spill the tea on this FABULOUS find! ✨ from the second we arrived, it was nothing but GLAM and LUXURY. the decor? absolutely STUNNING, dahling. the staff? sweeter than honey and more efficient than my personal assistant (sorry, brad!). and don't even get me started on the spa - I felt like a whole new woman! only teensy issue was the lack of vegan options at breakfast, but they sorted it out quicker than you can say "avocado toast". toodles!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and warm welcome that truly highlighted the quality of the service. The room was spacious with a wonderful view, tastefully decorated (very nice bathroom) and overall very comfortable and elegant. The pool, the bar and the breakfast, room service were all "top of the shelf" experiences during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The combination of stunning views on the mountains and lake, luxurious accommodation, outstanding service, and beautiful spa with an amazing outdoor pool made our weekend unforgettable. A extraordinary hideaway in the Swiss mountains! We will be back!

if you're a foevery meal was an adventure for the taste budsodie like me, you're gonna flip for this hotel! the restaurant here is next levelwe're talking michelin-star quality eats without tthey use all local, seasonal ingredients, so the menu's always changinghe stuffy atmosphere
