Good location and nice staff. Good breakfast. Heater in bathroom only and it was not working. Overall I'm happy with this hotel.

I'm so satisfied. It's definitely a cost-effective choice in St. Moritz. The hotel is very small and right in the center of the town. When you get off the train station, call the hotel and you will be picked up right away. It will be delivered to the station. Although it's not far, it's quite tiring to climb up the hill with your luggage. , with a century-old history and antique decoration, the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is rich. There is also a swimming pool and sauna that you can’t enjoy. Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped and has a coffee machine. The balcony has a corner of the lake view. The front desk enthusiastically introduced the cable car route. Compared with the other two This five-star hotel is so cost-effective. The price will double during the winter ski season.

We stayed one night and it is ok place for a day. Friendly staff and shuttle driver. Rooms were ok. Windows form the room to the balcony has no privacy. You are in front of people on the street as well as people form adjacent room. No tea bags were provided only coffee. For tea bags they want you to buy them from the restaurant. For a high end hotel, this seems some what odd

In my 3 week trip to Switzerland this was the worst hotel I stayed in. Except for the staff at reception ( who were a breath of fresh air ) all other aspects were well and truly below average. The buffet breakfast as well as the staff were way below expectations. Food and service in dining room at night pathetic.

Exquisite staff and spectacular room, restaurant was wonderful and staff so courteous. Breakfast was very good. Too bad we only stayed one night as we were on our way to Zermatt. The view was spectacular. Would definitely live to go back if I have the chance to do so.

The hotel was so-so. . The buffet could be better. However, the waitress named Roberto got nuclear and yelled at me. Here is what happened. I was with the tour group. We went in for breakfast with them in a different room but the tables were full. We went to another room that was joined with my tour group. We found a table. We put our breakfast on the table. He yelled and was very angry at us. He kicked us out of the room. He was very unprofessional. He should be canned.

We stayed here with a tour group for one night. The hotel was a good location in town and walking distance to the shops and the escalator to the lake. We liked our corner room which had a balcony. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. We checked out the pool which seemed nice but we did not swim. We were not impressed with the dinner in the lower level of the hotel. It was pre arranged by the tour company with the hotel. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. There were other groups in the room with us for breakfast and dinner which made it kind of crowded. On the night we were there the hotel didn’t seem to have much of a night life.

When you stay at a hotel that opened in 1869, has been run by the same family for four generations, and housed athletes and officials during the 1928 Olympics, you know you’re going to enjoy something special. In fact, Steffani the Rabbit, the mascot of the 1928 Games, became the hotel’s namesake. With sweeping views of the city, the interior completes the image of a quintessential Swiss Alps mountain chalet. From the large fireplace in the lobby to the indoor pool and full body massages, the place is just special. And the staff are incredibly kind! The complimentary breakfast is quite good, but the room service food is only mediocre. Nonetheless, you’ll not only fall in love with the town but this hotel as well!
