Hotel Europa St. Moritz

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food and service were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful meal upstairs at "Steak and More" with outstanding views. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service. Front desk sent a taxi to pick me up at the train station. Staff was very helpful and accommodating during my two night stay. Breakfast was generous. Room was lovely and brand new! Great pool and spa area. Provided guests with a complimentary bus pass to visit St. Moritz

This was our second visit to Hotel Europa. My wife and I couldn't imagine it would be better than the first time two years ago but it was even better than we remembered. The hotel is conveniently located via a beautiful 30-minute walk, 15-minute bus ride, or 5-minute drive from the Center of St Moritz. From the moment we arrived with 60+ of our friends from around the world the staff embraced us as family. Now we are connected to the staff as friends through social media with planned visits with them. Not only did they speak English but most were multilingual. The food was exquisite for every meal with the crowning dinner at the famous Steak and More restaurant. Such an experience complimented with breathtaking mountain and sunset views. We were even provided with take away lunch bags for our hikes. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pictures of the pool and exercise facilities speak for themselves. We personally used the pool and exercise room every day. Family friendly activities were walks on the nearby trails to the lakes, visiting the chocolate stores, visiting the museums, helicopter rides, horse riding, horse drawn carriage ride up a mountain with a delicious lunch and walk down, riding the funicular and walks through the town of St Moritz. We cannot thank the owner, the Director Mark, maitre'd Harry and the rest of the staff for everything!! We are looking forward our return. And last but not least, all of this was accomplished at a very reasonable price. You cannot go wrong staying at Hotel europa.
