Very convenient location with bus ride to different parts of town. Has hotel car for free to take you from and to station. Lovely ski lodge theme room. Very nice hearing. Breakfast was standard, could see it snowing outside

Clean, classical hotel, restaurant breakfast can see the morning of Lake St Moritz, beautiful, rich cheese variety, is the most variety of this trip, the waiter is very friendly, there is a beautiful woman at the front desk English is very fast, but help open the red wine is crisp and sharp, the other is very friendly

Our 6 night stay in this budget hotel was outstanding - the rooms were large and very clean and the staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service. Our Studio S room had a king size and twin bed, a nice kitchenette with a 2 burner stove top for cooking meals and a small dining table. Only thing missing was a microwave. There were 3 large cabinets for storing our clothes as well as our food. Easy 10 min walk from the Celerina train station and 5 min to the bus stop. A free local transportation pass, including all mountain lifts, was provided by the hotel - an excellent value. There were 3 free clothes washers and dryers on our floor. Our room was located on the second floor and on the back of the building. Unfortunately, the shop located across from our room created alot of noise starting about 7 am - but we were getting up early so it was not an issue. Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked directly with the hotel. It is situated about 1 km from the heart of the town. The room was of decent size and very clean. Amenities included couple of swivel chairs, a writing desk, two cupboards, flat TV (however with limited English channels), bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom was of decent size and very clean but the shower cubicle was a bit cramped at about 75 cm square. Bathroom amenities were of good quality and towels were very clean. They provide free access to the steam bath facility across the street though we did not try it. Breakfast spread was good; in fact, you could even get eggs cooked to order. There are two restaurants here but one of them was closed. The breakfast room was of good size and Covid protocols were followed. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The bus-stop is about a 100 ms. away - very convenient to get to the railway station, Corvatsch and other places. They have only a limited number of free open air car parking slots (about 12 nos.) but have paid underground car parking (again limited to about 12 nos.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property. We will surely stay there again the next time we visit St. Moritz. I must make special mention of Mr. Nicola at the front desk who was extremely courteous and went out of the way to help us throughout our stay. He took care of even the smallest of our requests and all with a smile! Such people are a great asset to the hotel and I hope the management recognises his efforts. All in all, we had a most comfortable stay.

Last week, our team had the pleasure of experiencing a team-building retreat at the beautiful Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz, Switzerland. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps. The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commi**ent to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. The combination of the hotel's luxurious facilities, the attentive staff, and the enchanting surroundings made for a perfect team-building retreat. A charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house. We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool! The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort. Thank you very much for the excellent service and very kind staff. We will come again

Steel toe was good. We were with the group so everything was okay but the exceptional part was the service. We left behind our simple iPhone charger, and we called them up and they arranged to ship it out to us to Zurich just in time, very nicely packed and free of charge. This kind of service that makes people go back
