The condition of the room was unacceptable. Broken tiles in the bathroom, cracked sink and not even a bar of soap - small tubes of an off-brand as a substitute. The front office reeks of smoke and live-in residents walk two large pit bulls around the parking lot. Ants reside in the bathroom. Surround-sound multiple motorcycle engines right outside of the door add to the ambiance. The name of the inn does not parallel the experience.

This is such a nice hotel. Multiple buildings in a quiet area with plenty of parking. There is a small, sparkling clean pool and an on site lounge with very tasty pizza, appetizers, burgers, and a few other items. They are in the process of remodeling the rooms and we got one of the recently done ones. The carpets, paint, and bedding were so fresh and clean. You have a small coffee pot, a microwave, and a very efficient mini fridge. Several of our party had the limited breakfast and were very pleased with it. We were here for racing at Eldora so kept rather weird hours, but the cleaning staff was very accommodating and provided plenty of fresh towels when we needed them. One work of caution, the toilets are very low so if you have knee trouble keep that in mind. I'm one if those folks so when presented with this situation (being the weirdo that I am) I went to Ace Hardware and purchased a seat riser. Not everyone will want to do that, but it worked perfectly for me. The entire staff is exceptional and work hard to make your stay a great one. I highly recommend this place if you need clean, safe, and friendly accommodations in St. Marys.

From check-in to check-out we felt comfortable & relaxed at this property. The layout & atmosphere was almost like a step back in time….in a very positive way compared with the cookie-cutter right-off-the-freeway hotels we have become so accustomed to. So nice & convenient to park right outside of room. A village-like property layout with multiple 2 story buildings, an outdoor pool area & gazebo/playground area. Much to our delight, there is also a bar/restaurant on the property. Beds were incredibly comfortable; good linens. Basic but adequate breakfast in a nice dining setting. As a customer, I felt welcomed & appreciated. While our first visit, there was a large contingent of repeat guests which speaks for itself. Looking forward to joining the repeat visitor family😁

I have stayed here many times over the years and have always had a positive experience — this time especially so. Left my IPad at breakfast counter and it was immediately returned. Needed to extend my stay and the manager matched a lower price I found online. The front desk has always been very positive and helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and well equipped. Thank you. Though I was here for my father’s death and funeral, you made it a positive experience.

Really nice room. Quiet hotel and town. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a good variety to choose from. Just make sure to have something to eat if you return to the hotel late!

I just concluded a very pleasant 5 night stay. The facility is neat, clean, quiet and in a good location. Staff is friendly and competent and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. Duffy's, the onsite tavern, is another easy to walk to amenity.

Room was large with lots of storage and amenities. Staff was excellent, good cold breakfast, fitness room and lounge had good lounge food. Location was great and beds were comfortable. Very clean. Also quiet.
