"There is no room cleaning! There is no daily cleaning at all, very shocked! The hotel spa does not let children in. When I booked, I was set for the children at jacuzzi. I have stayed in many hotels. Some have limited time for children. This hotel is completely not allowed to enter, and an appointment is required. The time can be made is only two a day, and! Extra charge! As a 4 star resort around 300 euros a day! This is really bad...
