We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Simona and Alberto’s beautiful bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. It’s not every day that you come across hosts who care so deeply about their guests’ experience — Simona and Alberto are genuinely exceptional. The room and bathroom were both spacious, well lit , comfortable, and spotlessly clean . Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast and dinner were simply delicious — made with love and local flavors that added so much to our stay. Especially recommended are their homemade pastries and homemade jams. What really made the difference was Simona and Alberto’s hospitality and local knowledge. Their recommendations helped us discover hidden gems and experience the area in a way we never could have on our own. Thank you so much for making our vacation unforgettable !

We stayed for one night recently at le Phenix en route from London to Tours. Simona and Alberto were warm and generous hosts, who made us very welcome. The large bedroom and en suite were comfortable and extremely clean and bright. We chose to eat dinner, which was home cooked, three delicious courses with wine. We shared the meal with another couple and had a very convivial conversation. In the morning, breakfast was served, again it was delicious and included home made jam and cake, as well as pastries, cheese, ham, etc. We highly recommend this lovely chambre d’hôte. We had a wonderful stay at Chambre D'Hôtes le Phenix. It was very easy to find and in a lovely quiet area. Our room and ensuite was large, exquisitely clean and very comfortable. Alberto and Simona and perfect hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Thanks so much!

Le Phénix is a wonderful place to stay. We only stayed for one night to break up our journey but honestly could have happily stayed there longer. Simona & Alberto were so welcoming after our long journey. The house is beautiful and clean. The beds are really comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. Would be a wonderful place to stay if you wanted to visit Rouen and the surrounding area. Hope to return one day.

We were warmly welcomed by Simona and Alberto the Italian owners every time we stayed at this Chambres D'hote. They always wore masks. There was secure parking. On one occasion our son hit the gate post on entry grazing it. The response by Alberto was to get out his tool box and mend it, then he said that it did not matter at all. The rooms were excellent and we were always offered a cup of coffee or tea on arrival. The evening meal and breakfast were very good as was the red wine served to us. At the end of the meal we were offered a delicious Italian digestif, Limoncello,

In vacanza non ci siamo mai sentiti a casa come in questo B&B. Proprietari accoglienti e gentilissimi, camera ottima e colazione abbondante, non da ultimo si parla anche in Italiano. Buona la posizione per le escursioni in giornata verso Etretat e Fecamp.
