Lovely friendly hotel with good food. Bedroom was rather tight for space with three of us in it. bathroom - great shower. The spa is fantastic to use after skiing all day - a sauna, steam room and hot tub in a relaxing area with good towels , slippers and robes provided. Have to book your time at breakfast. Breakfast was very good - everything from freshly cooked omelettes to cooked food, breads and croissants, fruit, juices, etc etc. self service except for tea and coffee. Dinner choices rather limited - only one choice for vegetarians per evening. Wines good but expensive at about £40 a bottle upwards. Serving staff in the dinning room were all lovely - nothing too much trouble. We would like to thank Mia who looked after our room all week - so delightful, smiling and cheerful - all the way from Nepal! Small walk to access nearest ski run and a bit more of a trek to get back in the evening.

Booked through Crystal Ski. Hotel was just as expected, nice decoration throughout, and looked like the photos. Contacted the hotel before arrival to ensure we get 3 single beds as a group and they were great and ensure we had it. Room was small but was ok, clean and good condition. Great views from the room, bar and dinning room of the mountains. Half board - breakfast was good, lots of choice. full egg menu. Dinner was a la carte and was great. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Short walk to the slopes and an easy 2min walk. Would return.

Went with a group of 5 friends to a ski holiday. Hotel clean, friendly, great staff, and good food. Rooms are not massive but very importantly they are cleand nad moden and some have absolutely panamoric views with massive windows. Chose this after much research nad would recommend strongly.

I would not hesitate in recommending Hotel 3 Vallees! From the style of the hotel, the cleanliness, the hotel staff and the range of facilities the whole experience was excellent. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and kept very clean. We had a room looking out over the slopes and the view was amazing! You can see all the major lifts. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything you needed, in fact all staff at the hotel were polite, helpful and friendly - they made our stay. In addition we used the spa facilities, what a great extra to have in your hotel after a long day skiing. The location is perfect, next to all the pubs and restaurants, ski rental just across the road, supermarket next door and the access to slopes less than 1 minute away. Great stay, worth the money!!

Location, food, and service were all faultless. The room, bar area, and restaurant were all dressed with an alpine theme and to a high standard. The staff couldn't do enough for guests. There is a small spa to relax in after a day's skiing. The choice and standard of food in the restaurant was varied and always to a very high standard.

An excellent, friendly, helpful and high quality hotel that gave us an amazingly good week over New Year. Food was delicious and always beautifully presented. Reception staff were brilliant, informative and flexible. The spa was a treat although popular so hard to book - we only got there twice. But overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Fantastic service and really cozy rooms. Manager was really helpful with everything and the breakfast was great. The spa was a bit small, but had everything you wanted. Seems to be recently renovated to upscale old charlet style - which works despite being a large hotel.

Stayed with family of 4 in April 2024 for spring ski trip. Amazing hotel and staff. Very homey feeling and welcoming. 100% ski out and ski in with a short walk and elevator up to the hotel. Excellent location on the slopes. We had a family room with bunk beds for the kids facing the slopes with great views. Staff was very helpful, especially Sebastian who was responsive before and during our stay. Bought loft tickets directly from hotel before we arrived at discounts. Also used their ski shop referral at discount which was perfect and convenient and right across the street. We only had breakfast which was fine. Nice cozy bar up front with good selections/ prices relative to elsewhere in town. Overall excellent value in the area. 3 valleys is an amazing ski experience, best of many resorts we have done in Europe. We are planning to book here again next year.
