Everyone at hotel including ski shop was very accommodating and very nice I recommend this lovely hotel ! It’s gotta amazing spa sauna and steam room, ski hire was reasonably priced compared to others and very easy access to ski out the door directly outside the locker room.

Service at the reception is nice and friendly. Rooms are class and have an upscale touch. Breakfast area is clean and food is great! Hotel is very accessible to skiing area too!

Hotel is in a fantastic location, the views from the terrace are superb. The hotel rooms are painted near black, they are dark dingy small with a window so small that there is inadequate natural lighting, (in terms of the size -about the size of a small suitcase). Hotel itself is pleasant with a number of good features. The staff are excellent. The 3 rooms that our party were given resembled nothing better than prison cells. Showers that large people can hardly move in, no cupboard and an excuse for shelving to unpack your suitcase, shelving that is not big enough for 1 person. Rooms are appalling, decorated as if they done by an amateur who lacks the most basics of interior hotel room design. 4* hotel with 2* Rooms

Great location but a bad experience. Don’t stay here if you are serious about skiing - it’s very difficult to sleep in the rooms. The heating system is set to 21.5c or above and produces extremely dry conditions. A hotel technician said it’s crazy that the heat is so high but you can’t change it so just turn it off. But then it got very stuffy so we had to open the door. After an hour with the door open (and chilly -12c air coming in!) a strange extractor fan started up noisily so we had to shut the door. This continued each hour or so every night. The service in the restaurant was terrible - people had to ask multiple times for drinks before they arrived. Often we had finished our dinner before our wine came. The first wine we had was oxidised - a neighbouring table had the same trouble, with two bottles opened and rejected. The staff had no idea about wine or service. We left a day early because we needed some sleep. The hotel management had no sympathy and wouldn’t give us even a partial refund for the last night, despite the fact we were paying the full room rate. Very poor customer management. The last night we stayed in a charming hotel down the mountain for €80 - so much better!

This hotel is well-positioned (easy ski in/out) and the staff friendly. We had a clean and (relatively) spacious room, although some others we were travelling with had very small rooms - so check the size of the room that you book carefully. What let the hotel down was the food and associated service - the breakfast buffet was good and offered all that could be required (but the 'hot' meals were inevitably cold) but the dinner buffet was a disaster, so much so that we (and those with us) ate out more often than not. The hot meal options were really bad - for example chicken which was as hard to cut as I have ever experienced, 'meat sauce' to accompany ordinary pasta which becomes a running joke as it was nothing more than discoloured water with no evident association with any 'meat'. Recommenced the place on the basis that you either do not have meals there or only book the breafast option.

Location was great. Breakfast and dinner buffet were really good. The play from for kids was great. All employees were very kind.
