We were delighted with our stay at the Neptunia in one of the best arranged self catered accomodation I have been - it is small but everything has been thought of to be functional - the closet bed was of excellent quality, the kitchen had all that was needed for a week including a small dishwasher. Whenever we missed a towel or a pillow, the staff was quick and reactive. A plus was the croissanterie service to have fresh pastries every morning for breakfast!

Nous séjournons une fois par an à la résidence et nous sommes toujours satisfaits : le studio est confortable et bien équipé. Son emplacement et son accès direct à la thalasso sont a coup sûr un immense atout.

Malgré un studio qui n'était pas celui que j'avais demandé initialement et qui sentait la cigarette, le nécessaire a été fait dès le lendemain. Le personnel est toujours agréable, mis à part une personne que j'ai eue au téléphone un dimanche,,quelques temps avant notre arrivée. Personne fort déplaisante, voire limite dans sa façon de parler. Pas au niveau des Thermes ! Et ce n'est pas la personne qui a enregistré ma réservation, qui était très agréable au contraire. La personne faisant le ménage des studios du 1er étage, le WE de notre arrivée, était également très bien et très serviable. Nous avons été un peu déçus par notre diner au Cap Horn, c'est la première fois. Les studios ont un peu vieilli ! Notre frigidaire faisait bcp de bruit. J'EN PROFITE POUR RENOUVELER MA DEMANDE DE GRATUITE TOTALE DU PARCOURS AQUATONIC POUR NOS PROCHAINS SEJOURS ET VOUS EN REMERCIE PAR AVANCE.

Studio très agréable, refait à neuf, très calme et bien équipé. Le personnel de récéption du Grand Hotel des Thermes est toujours très courtois et très professionnel. Solution idéale lorsqu'on fait une cure de thalasso pour se rendre directement sur les lieux en peignoir ! l'emplacement sur la plage du sillon est top ! Seul petit bémol : les matelas trop durs à notre goût. Mais nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !
