We had a very pleasant stay in this friendly, newly rennovated, nice and clean hotel in lovely locations close to the sea, intra muros. We can absolutely recommend it! The only small set back was that the rennovation was not totally finished so the pool and gym had not yet opened. On the other hand was it a good price. We are planning to return to Saint Malo and will definitely check out Hotel Anne de Bretagne again for our stay.😊

L'hôtel est très bien située dans le vieux quartier intramuros, proche des magasins et des restaurants. On a profité de la piscine. Le fait d'accueillir les animaux a été décisif dans notre choix pour passer ces quelques jours à Saint-Malo. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible.

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel qui serait un 4* Nous avons séjourné une nuit avec mes filles et une amie de ma fille. /Lit avec cheveux et poils /Piscine glacée /Aucunes prises en charge du service clients, un concierge sans réactions J étais plus gênée par cette situation que le le concierge. Mauvaise réputation pour le business de saint malo dans cet hôtel.

Cet hôtel très moderne propose un cadre agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée. L’hôtel se trouve à proximité des remparts et de très nombreux restaurants. Le personnel est accueillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien achalandé. Un restaurant est également présent sur place pour le dîner.

Le personnel, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la piscine. Tout était parfait ! Le personnel était arrangeant, le petit déjeuner était délicieux, la piscine privative était somptueuse. L’hôtel est magnifique et la chambre d’un grand confort .

Hôtel exceptionnel. Cet hôtel entièrement rénové est d'un confort extraordinaire. Le personnel est très gentil et très à l'écoute et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité avec une variabilité de produits comme on ne l'imagine pas. Une piscine privée, gratuite, avec créneaux personnels de réservation, nous a comblé pendant notre séjour. Le confort de la chambre, exceptionnel...! Quel agréable séjour passé dans cet hôtel situé intra muros dans la ville de St Malo.

Quand nous arrivons dans notre chambre « de luxe » nous constatons que la salle de bain /toilettes donnant directement dans la chambre n’a pas de porte et qu’une odeur pestilentielle règne ! Premier retour à l’accueil, après quelques échanges on nous attribue une nouvelle chambre : pas de papier toilette deuxième tour à l’accueil ! Puis la carte est désactivée troisième…. , puis la tv ne fonctionne pas, quatrième…. Là l’ascenseur est en panne, un peu de sport 4 étages après changement de piles de la télécommande et changement de télécommande ça ne marche toujours pas ! Mais rassurez vous il y a de l’eau chaude.

Hôtel récemment refait à neuf, intérieur type moderne avec béton apparent qui donne un style sobre mais le confort et les équipements sont au rendez-vous. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Pour la piscine, pensez à réserver un créneau (45 min) auprès de l’accueil. Accès privatisé durant votre créneau. La piscine est équipée d’un système de nage à contre courant et de jets de massages.
