Having been a tour director for 28 years, I have seen a lot of hotels and been around. I love the Oceania. Great location, great rooms, great breakfast and charming and efficient staff :) Thank you to Cedric and Lydie, I wish I could give them 6 stars, 5 stars isn’t enough. Strongly recommended!

Superb sea view room booked at a good rate through Brittany Ferries in a ferry and hotel package. Amazing listening to the sound of the waves as I went to sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a wonderful bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate rain shower. The room was so luxurious and the view so good we didn’t want to leave and didn’t manage to try out the pool and spa area downstairs. The hotel is situated right next to the old town with a good choice of restaurants in close proximity. We had continental breakfast in the room and it was ok

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are well appointed but small. There was some confusion at check in and we were charged twice for the room, which the hotel reversed after our travel company reached out to them. The breakfast is terrible, I wouldn’t recommend adding it to your stay. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, the meat looked like it had been sitting out and there were not many options for fruit or protein. Mostly bread.

Great location with a wonderful ocean view! The view is worth the upgrade. Clean, modern hotel. Very helpful staff. We used the pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi since it was inviting and sparkling.

We spent one night here as part of a Gate One tour and this is a really nice property room wise. Our room was very nice with comfortable beds and decent aircon. The Breakfast Buffet here was the worst of our five northern France tour with eggs that were so under cooked that even after further cooking they were still inedible. The only meat provided was deep fried under cooked very fatty bacon.

I booked this hotel via *******, just for one night to catch an early morning ferry from the port of Saint Malo. When I arrived late afternoon, the receptionist asked for my card for "pre-authorisation" – presumably to cover extras, I assumed. When I came to check out first thing the next morning, I told the receptionist that I had already paid via *******. Despite this, the hotel used the card on file to charge me €273.93 for the room. It has also held onto the €213.93 "pre-authorisation" fee. My emails have gone ignored, so two weeks later, the hotel still owes me nearly €500. This is not good enough.
