Comfortable beds and very clean rooms make this a good reliable place to stay just like other Hampton Inns we've been in. Plus it is new and in very good condition. Also like other Hampton Inns, it's fairly basic, and breakfast is fine enough since it's complimentary. The heater/air conditioner is loud and blows air directly onto whomever is sleeping on the bed adjacent to it, and the shower water pressure is not great - making the overall experience a 4 rating rather than a 5. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, easy to get right on to the highway, and very reasonably priced. I would stay here again and in fact have plans to stay during an upcoming return trip.

This is a newer and clean hotel. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms. The rooms were large. Check-in was easy. The halls and public areas were clean. Everything was well lit. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot was well lit so that we felt comfortable.

This brand new hotel gives the guest all the amenities desired: state of the art gym and pool, beautifully appointed rooms. The perfect location offers immediate access to major highways connecting to MSP airport, Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis. Perhaps the strongest aspect of the hotel is the reception, the team is so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The team that prepares and manages the breakfast work hard, keeping the displays full, clean and fresh! Major kudos to Scott the manager who goes above and beyond making sure guests are welcomed and satisfied. He brings superior professionalism, high quality customer service always with a positive attitude. Thank you for making our stay wonderful! We highly recommend this hotel.

Bitten by bed bugs at this hotel. Son woke up morning of our stay with bites on his arm that we hoped were something else. Husband discovered bites on his back when we returned home. Took precautions and threw out our luggage. Still ended up with bugs in our home which we are treating today. Son woke up with bites this morning again. Out of a lot of money with lots of stress!

Superb in every way! really comfy and clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, great location with a nice stroll around the lake to a restaurant, brilliant staff - helpful, & cheerful couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back. One downside is that it is near some 24/7 busy roads, but that isn't very noticeable from inside the rooms. I had a room overlooking the highway and it didn't bother me.

We enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a concert and we are so happy we chose the Hampton inn in Eden Prairie. The room was extremely clean. The bathroom was extremely clean also. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We would stay here again.
