Bathroom was smelly and had corroded fixtures. Some orange mold around the shower. Grout was very dirty. Breakfast was a tired menu. People went crazy for breakfast and there was a line to get food so I guess Im the picky one.

This place was very convenient and the staff was excellent. The shuttle driver Steve is top notch.

Staff was very responsive, friendly and great. The hotel had everything we needed, we travelled with 3 teens and a pet, the suite was enough space to relax and had the key features that made the stay easy. The kitchenette and storage space worked perfectly for our stay. Full continental breakfast with waffle bar, breakfast was a bit crazy in the mornings, a lot of families, but the staff kept up and kept calm. I’d definitely stay again if we return to STL.

The hotel and room were modern and fresh. The cleanliness in the nooks and crannies could be better, particularly in the bathroom. Loved the kitchenette, very convenient. Breakfast was hit or miss. It was great if it wasn’t busy, but was very crowded when busy. The breakfast staff member was great at trying to keep up and he had a great attitude!

Was in town for NCAA Tournament. I was there five nights and only had my room cleaned once. They say they clean it every other day and since I had two separate reservations it didn’t get picked up from system. I had to go to lobby to get towels at midnight and told them I didn’t have my room cleaned yet. This was the third night. I would have thought that my room would be a top priority. So the next day they didn’t clean my room until 430pm which was after I complained at 4pm. Then they only give you three towels to last two days. The breakfast was a free for all and usually ran out of food. Then my bill they changed me three separate times but there was only two reservations. I guess when you book from secondary party like ********** they sometimes do that to make up the price you were supposed to be charged. I am sure I will get the AI response where they will say we understand. I won’t come back. There was free parking so that was a plus. The shutter service says 3 miles but it wouldn’t take people to Enterprise Center, which is closer to 4 miles. Know your clients. A lot of people were there for the NCAA Tournament. I will say Erica was a good front desk worker. The guy working the late shift was a *****.

The room was spacious and clean but the breakfast needs improvement. Noise was also an issue, kids were running and playing all day.

Breakfast was cold and not replenished in a timely manner. Kitchen only had a plastic colander, measuring cups, can opener and a rubber spatula for cookware. Portable cooktops had to be checked out at the front desk so did not nearly seem like a kitchen. Sliding bathroom door was very difficult to grasp and slide. Staff was very helpful and polite.

The front desk host, Erica was truly amazing. She made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Having the shuttle take us to the hospital and back was so convenient.
