Double charge you on your credit card and don’t release your funds right away. Poor customer service. No Refrigerator or microwave in the room. No social distancing in the hotel. Only thing they did have was good food.

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

If this hotel is representative of what Marriott is doing with Westin's, the Westin brand is deteriorating. Plastic cups in the rooms like a Best Western. Quattro restaurant is poor; asked for glasses for wine and one glass was very dirty. Quattro delivered our dinner to the wrong room; when we got the dinner it was not what we ordered. Thermostat in room was 'dead'; if not fixed management would make us move everything to a different room at 8:30 pm. Maintenance found that when the filters were changed the thermostat was not turned on! And the guest had to discover the thermostat was not working. Westin still has comfortable beds. Fortunately the valet and front desk people were good--although the staffing is very thin until 7am when the nightshift ends! Do not recommend and will avoid Westins in the future.

It was 105 degrees when we pulled into St. Louis, our 3rd stop on a cross-country trip. So sadly, we were not able to explore the area much at all, as the hotel is situated not far from Wash U in an area that seems really interesting. Check-in was a breeze, staff wore face masks, our room was quiet, clean, nicely decorated, good bathroom, comfortable bed. There is lots of moon & space decor throughout the hotel, Jetson-esque furnishings, definitely a theme going on. The restaurant was not open due to lack of staff, but there was 1 chef working and we ultimately decided to eat in the (enclosed) rooftop bar (it was a Monday, many places were closed). The bar staff could not have been nicer, the drinks were good, food was .. pretty good and definitely acceptable for a nosh-type dinner.

When we first arrived the counter attendant did not have our reservations. I had to call Trip to get it straightened up. It was finally done but it took an extra 30 minutes.

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.

The location is excellent, restaurants and shopping malls are within easy reach. The hotel has just opened for two months. It has complete facilities, large room space, and very clean and hygienic. Although it is shown that breakfast is not included when booking, the hotel includes breakfast for the guests who check in. Although Breakfast is simple, but better than going out early in the morning to find something to eat.

Really a good hotel. Just besides the car return and I can walk there in minutes.
Free breakfast and free dinner. Although very simple but never expected free dinner. Three drinks per day for free.
Shuttle to airport is provided any time when you are ready to go, not scheduled.
WiFi speed is more than 100mbps and stable. No limitations. Very good for video meetings for my work.
Highly recommended.

4.5/5
Excellent
RReedPAn absolutely great location that is right across the street from the new St. Louis city soccer stadium, it's two blocks walking distance from the city market Union station area. It's easily accessible just off of I64.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fairly well stocked. And the one downside would be the in room refrigerator. It was very tiny and had no freezer section, which depending on the visitor they may or may not need. I am coming from far enough away and with children that I needed to refreeze freezer packs for snacks.
The breakfast each morning was okay. It was scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with cheese plus sausage. One morning it was a choice of turkey, sausage patties or pork sausage patties, while the next day was a choice of pork sausage links or chicken sausage links. Links. Plus they had the standard bread, English muffin, bagels, muffin, fruit. The downside would be the lack of waffle maker. I don't know why that makes a difference, because I don't really eat waffles. But my kid loves waffles and loves to make them. And instead of having a waffle maker, they had a hot plate filled with pre-made bagged frozen waffles that they had preheated for everybody. Oh yeah in my pics you'll see a pic of my kid's milk. IT wasn't expired, but the ad on it was and it gave me quite a scare when I saw it.
And depending on plans, and what I need to be close to, if need be I will definitely stay here again with my family. The area was safe, clean, and I forgot the funniest part... Directly across the street from the FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔
GGuest UserStayed here for one night recently while in town for a marching band competition. The location is very convenient for getting to The Dome at America's Center and very convenient to get back on the expressway to head back to Illinois so the location is a plus. There is nothing particularly ”bad” about the hotel but it just is in need of updating. The rooms are very dated from the carpet to the doors to the furniture. The popcorn ceilings are the biggest indicator that things have not been updated in a long time. Beds are old and noisy. Hilton would be wise to start doing a hard goods refurbishment in each room and bring in fresh carpet, paint, furniture, and countertops. Having said that, the on-site parking was inexpensive and convenient and the breakfast area in the lower level of the hotel was the largest seating area I've seen at a Hilton property so that was nice. Update the rooms and this Hampton could be quite a gem.
BBubuThe hotel is old, but clean, the location is close to the university town and the forest park, it is more convenient for families to go to WashU. But going to school and other places depends on Uber
GGuest UserIt rained on the day we went, the rain stopped and there was a rainbow near the arch. It can be seen in the hotel room. The accommodation is good and the service is also very good. There are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and side doors within 200 meters. Arches and the old court, you can take the subway in ten minutes, it is the subway, don't follow the Google map on the road lost ~ strongly recommend the sushi love on the main road, there is a 20-knife buffet, very good and delicious, right, Please bring your own slippers and toothbrush toothpaste. Many foreign hotels do not provide ~
GGuest UserI will be brief. I thought I booked the other Courtyard in Downtown St. louis. I had never been to St Louis before. This hotel is in serious need of updating in the rooms- i don’t think they have been since the 80s. There is a sign on the front door indicating that no bathrooms are available. This was a signal to me about the location. I travel every week for work, and just didn’t feel safe and clean at this hotel- i checked out right after I went to my room and there was a washcloth hanging in the shower. The ladies who work at this hotel are topnotch; however!!
FFourie MiekeParking was a little confusing because there’s a large lot right behind the hotel but I had to move my car to a building to the side after check in and it was an unexpected expense, but the hotel, location, room and bar are all great. It was a bit disconcerting to realize everyone in the bar already knew each other because they’re actually club members rather than guests, but I guess the name of the place should have tipped me off to that.
GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I had the opportunity to stay at The Last Hotel at the last minute for a concert in town this weekend. From the check-in to the valet parking option to our deluxe king room on the 9th floor, our overall experience at this hotel has been truly above and beyond. Our room was immaculate, spacious, beautifully designed and very clean. The beds and linens are of top notch quality and no expense has been spared in ensuring the comfort of the guest. Furthermore the hotel staff were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating if we had any questions or needed help with anything. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The final selling point of this hotel is that there is a gorgeous rooftop pool and bar. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely sunny 71° afternoon up on this private rooftop area that is only open to hotel guests. If you are truly on the fence about staying here or the splurge, I cannot recommend this place enough. It will not disappoint! We plan to make this our designated hotel for all future stays. Thank you at The Last Hotel!
GGuest UserLocation was good 20 mins from downtown St. Louis. The lobby is pretty and was very clean. The pool is nice but I would stay away from the hot tub as it seemed to have a layer of dead skin floating at the top of it. The room itself is really nice and very clean it is a great stay for family or a solo get away the rooms look exactly like they do in the photos.
GGuest UserExcept for the location, which is a bit biased, everything is good, breakfast is rich, there is a free shuttle bus within three kilometers, the room is comfortable, the kitchen is complete, and the use is convenient, all in all very satisfactory.
