Very, very basic but clean. We didn’t get a kettle until the penultimate day and room service was sketchy. However, the breakfast was quite good and the reception staff were, for the most part, friendly. Given its situation it was quiet at night and, by going left out of the hotel and past some industrial units, we managed to find a footpath into Saint Lo. There were some acceptable restaurants on site and La Boucherie, a little further along the road, was very good. It was fine for a base to tour from and be away all day but would have been much good at all as a destination for a relaxing holiday.

On night one I woke up and was disgusted to see a dead bed bug in my bed and around 9 more in the corner of the room. I asked the hotel to please help and sort this issue. I came round to the room a couple hours later hoping that the bed bugs to be sorted, yet I arrived and yes, the bed bugs had been cleared from the corner but the sheets were still not changed which was the main problem and I found three more later in the room and two in the bathroom. Another problem is that the hotel is far from any fun activities you may wish to go to, and the walls were thin as paper. Furthermore I wish for people to have a better stay (if they wish to stay in this hotel) and generally not have to go through the same experience I have.

It's in a relatable establishment. ive modern that you will be welcomed by a courteous and pleasant team. However, it's in the bedroom where the trouble begins. No heating, the television does not work, and the wifi is of poor quality, certainly details but which are of great importance. So, I couldn't sleep due to the cold of the room. The shower was also very difficult. I will pass on the operation of the television which, in itself, was not of great interest. In short, a difficult stay and one that I do not recommend.

What a disappointment, after staying in a hotel in the same BRIT HOTEL chain and in the same COMFORT range. No comparison. We were given a room directly opening onto a very noisy room, like a technical room with continuous engine noise. We asked to change rooms, which was done by the young woman at reception. Why allocate such a room when others are available in the establishment? And that there were only 4 vehicles in the parking lot and that the hotel is outside the city so there is little chance of “many” customers on foot. In the bathroom, no soap in the sink dispenser or in the shower dispenser. Obliged to go ask the young girl at reception who didn't know where the keys to the reserve were and who gave me a 5 liter container to fill the bottles (she offered to do it, but my partner was already in the shower…!) Breakfast completely different from the previous hotel which offered local products. Kettle and tea and coffee bags in the room. No bottle of water but a fountain in the hall (lukewarm water) Disappointed with the quality compared to the previous hotel.
