We loved this hotel, it has lots of character and is located in the heart of the old town a stones throw from the beach. Staff were very helpful both in the run up to our stay (helping to advise on which public parking to use) and when we arrived. Rooms are reasonable size for a short stay, bathroom was a little small but manageable. As I said the hotel in right in the heart of the old town. our room overlooked the street which was lovely but it was noisy at night and we resorted to using ear plugs at night (available in reception). Very much enjoyed our stay and the town of Saint-Jean-de-Lux.

We booked a non-cancellable stay. The hotel informed us a few days later that there would be night-time noise due to a city festival during the period and that they were offering a free cancellation. We requested this and it was granted without any problems. We are very satisfied with the service.

Comfortable and classic Basque welcome from the charming lady at the front desk. Rooms were pleasingly bright and cheery with spotless bathroom and quiet air conditioning. View onto the main pedestrian street so you are steps from the fun and fab dining choices. Altogether a great little hotel!

This hotel is ideally placed in St Jean de Luz, everything is within easy reach esp the beach which is literally 50 m away. If I went back again I would choose room 9 with its little terrace and sound of the sea. ALL the rooms as well as communal area are spotlessly clean. Claudette the owner cannot do enough for you she is so lovely and really helpful as are the housekeeping staff. We had breakfast there the first morning and for 13€ you couldn’t go wrong including some beautiful freshly cooked scrambled eggs. Again I can’t recommend highly enough.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful hotel which felt very much like staying in a bed & breakfast. The owner Claudette Silman was a very gracious host who saw to our every need. After a while it seemed as if we had known her over the years. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was provided by Claudette herself. We were told that it's the only hotel on that street; the location was fabulous-2 minutes from the water. We definitely would stay there again!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce charmant hôtel au coeur de la ville. Idéalement placé, vous pouvez visiter la ville à pieds ou vous poser sur la plage qui est seulement à 20 mètres de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont top, avec machine à café, bouilloire, sachets de thé. Dans la salle de bain il y a un sèche-cheveux, des cotons et du gel douche à disposition. Ne passez pas à côté du petit déjeuner qui est juste excellent. Nous remercions Emma et Eva pour leur accueil

Boutique hôtel très central. Il est situe dans la rue où des restaurants donc si vous voulez être au calme, demander une chambre côté cour…Les chambres sont bien équipées et propres. Emma vous accueille avec un grand sourire et se rend disponible pour les clients. Le petit déjeuner est généreux.

Chambre sur rue tres bruyante jusqu'a 2h du matin musique dans la rue L'hôtel est situé en dessous bar et restaurant Même si le propriétaire vous propose des boules quies et vous dit "on est en ville" 😉 Accès difficile en voiture pour les bagages Hôtel situé à l'étage il faut monter un esc alier pour accéder à l'hôtel. Après accès aux chambres par ascenseur Choix horaire la veille pour petit dej ! Chambre côte jardin sont sûrement moins bruyante Pour le reste bonne prestation
