The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a great location to access the downtown area for shopping, restaurants and beach. It was also very convenient for the train station where we arrived and bus stop we used to leave from. The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a/c, the juliet balcony and a fridge!

A charming hotel in an excellent position, opposite the station and round the corner from place Louis XIV and Les Halles. Despite our arrival after the reception had closed, our check-in was very smooth. The hotel had messaged me with a door code and an envelope with our room key and an explanatory letter were waiting on the counter. Our room was immaculate and very quiet as it overlooked a small courtyard at the rear.

Great position, easy walk to old town and beaches. Room nice with very comfortable bed. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the free beach towels and parasol for beach Only drawback is no parking at hotel and generally very difficult to find parking space in whole town

The hotel was very easy to find being opposite the train station and the old town and the beach were easily accessible.
The bed was very comfortable and it was helpful to have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel was very clean and close to the beach and town and the room was pleasant and had obviously been renovated quite recently. However, I had mainly chosen this hotel as the website commented on the convenient parking across the road at the station. Also, I was tempted to upgrade my room choice because of its balcony. When we arrived, the parking was a nightmare and every space was full and remained so the entire time of our stay. As for our balcony, it had a nice view to the distance, as suggested by the website pictures, but was unusable because of the noise from longterm building works nearby and the road beneath that was extremely busy at all hours. Neither were mentioned when I booked.

A well appointed small hotel, quiet, comfortable, friendly, well situated on the edge of the town centre, handy for station & bus station & with free parking nearby. Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, and a nice view of the mountains. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, simple but satisfying. We had a good stay and would stay again

We were very happy to be staying once again in this friendly well situated hotel conveniently situated in the centre of St Jean de Luz, very close to the railway station. It s convenient for the beach and local shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful one night stay thank you! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Check in was a simple process and location in the middle of the old town and also short walk to the Playa.Small details in the room made our stay more comfortable🙏
