The hotel is just as amazing as we expected. The room was cozy and clean. We loved the spa facilities, sauna and hammam (the pool temperature could be even warmer). Service was great too. Parking was available for 17 euro for the whole stay (1 night). It's just at the seafront and you could walk out to the beach from the hotel spa/pool. Services were exceptional too. There are room service available and also two restaurants (menu seemed nice, with vegetarian options but we didn't have the chance to try it). Will recommend it!

This is a very luxury hotel with many facilities and located at side of the beach. You can reach to most of restaurants and get everything you need. The room is very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The spa and fitness facilities are absolutely fantastic that all guests can walk out from spa to the beach. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend people to stay here if they visit Saint Jean-de-Luz.

Très belle expérience, accueil très chaleureux, chambre parfaite et très propre, spa et détente à la hauteur de nos besoins avec la superbe vue sur la baie, une eau salée bénéfique qui aurait été au top avec quelques degrés supplémentaires cependant cela ne nous a pas empêché de se détendre et d’en profiter pleinement, p’tit déjeuner parfait et à foison avec une vue également sur la baie.
Merci c’était vraiment un très bon week-end, nous reviendrons et recommandons les yeux fermés 😊

…chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie et coin salon..propreté ..spa magnifique et très complet ..je n’ai aucune critique à faire si ce n’est peut être une cafetière nespresso dans la chambre qui serait bienvenue..nous y reviendrons

We had a wonderful stay beginning with a couples treatment- parenthèse beauté- which was very relaxing. Dinner was also wonderful- the chef made a special effort to accommodate me, as I am vegan. It y it s very rare to have a 3 course meal in France as a vegan and I really appreciated it! The room was really nice and the pool/spa area is probably one of the best I have visited! Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel facilities are completely renovated, the Spa is wonderful with salt water with views and access to the beach. The excellent location. In front of the Gran Playa and three minutes walk from the center. But without being in the center. Perhaps the weakest point is the restaurant. Breakfast complete but fair. Nothing exceptional. It meets the standard, but does not amaze. The menu for lunch or dinner is correct without wonders. And the service, although very attentive, could be improved. The music on the terrace at night is a success.

Belle chambre avec une super literie. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. L’espace aquatique est grand et agréable avec vue sur la plage. La salle de sport est bien équipée et il y a des cours variés proposés toute la journée. Le seul bémol est que la lumière passe beaucoup au dessus des rideaux et il faisait jour dans la chambre à 5h30. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.
