The worst place to stay! Will never ever book this hotel. They say it’s pet friendly, but do not make it obvious while booking, so that explains everything! They make it even worse by not allowing to cancel , probably they know most customers will cancel after seeing this hotel. Full of bugs. It’s a shame Trip.com has partnered with such pathetic hotels!

The place is filthy stained sheets bathroom sink was black mildew and dirt stains. There is a constant flow of ******* and Johns in and out of this motel. There is nothing much Grande about it. Save your money and don’t stay here. There is no remote for the tv. There is piles of poop outside my door not sure if it’s dog or other? I have 5 guys and one girl next door complained to the front desk asking to move to another room she told me this is not possible as I can only change 15 min after being in the room. I Explained that I did not know that there was going to be so much traffic next door she told me this is too bad for me .When I asked for a clean towel I was told that she did not have access to any. If I there was a 0 star I give it I would!!! Please dont advertise this motel on your site it reflects badly on your company. I travel a lot and this is by far one of the worst places I have stayed in.

It's a quiet place to rest with low prices. the staff is helpful and correct. However, it must be said that there is a lack of cleaning and the adjustment of the furniture in the room.
